Excellent service by Dale the service tech. Arrived on time and did repair professionally and quickly. At reasonable price. Did not try to oversale or service items that were not needed. Honest transaction. I was concerned with trying to sale service contract on my initial call without ever having had any type of service. Not clear on the one side fits all price of service contract but better understand the concept after talking with tech. Did not agree to contract before first service and was ok waiting a week for service call. This was the initial estimate on expected wait time but understand it could be longer depending on others out there with contracts.

I tried Roberts mobile Lawnmower Medic service and have been very pleased. He takes excellent care of my DR Field and Brush mower and I love that he comes to the house. I purchased the maintenance agreement with his first visit and continue to be pleased with the service. He is professional, personable, knows what he is doing, and I enjoy the conversation along with seeing Sadie. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him. Carol Michaels - King

I called on May 1 to schedule an annual appointment. I have never used the guy but wanted to give him a try based on all the reviews. I was told he was 2 weeks behind which I said that was OK. The person I talked to tried to sell me their 3 year service agreement but I said that I never used this company before and was just interested in a one time service to try them out. After 2 weeks I called back and left a message inquiring about where I was in line. The next evening I received a call from the Medic who proceeded to tell me that he is 3 weeks behind but if I bought into the 3 year agreement I would quickly move up the list. I started questioning him about his tactic and he got angry and called me an ***. I then said why are you cussing at me and he proceeded to ask me if I ever owned my own business. I then said I am canceling my service request and will review him on Angie's List and he promptly hung up on me. This guy has horrible customer service skills. I was and still am stunned by his phone call. I do not recommend this company.

Absolutely great experience with Robert , he provided great service and honest. I have tried few places for my riding lawnmower services in past years, and he is the best price compared with other services. Highly recommended.

From initial contact, Robert was thorough, prompt, and professional. He set expectations upfront in terms of what work needed to be done to my mower to keep it in peak running condition (standard maintenance service, new blades, new deck spindles, new fuel filter) along with the price and did the job that he promised very well. I would use him again in a heartbeat and HIGHLY recommend him to others.

Called the owner on Wednesday evening and he promised to come by my house on Thursday before 3:00pm as he was meeting another client at that time in Burlington and that he would call prior to coming. As I didn't hear from him, I called at 1:37 to see when he would be coming. Had to leave a message. Still hadn't heard from him at 4:48 so I called again. I had asked him why he hadn't come by. He stated that he was planning on coming soon and I advised him that I would not be available. He then stated that his wife wanted him around and that he does what pleases her. I was speechless. He then said, very rudely, that I could reschedule if I wanted. I advised him that when I can't make an appointment in my business that I call the client to advise them. Absolutely disgusted with this business and the owner. I would never recommend him.

Our push mower runs great now. While the rider proved to be beyond his help and needed to be replaced, the Medic diagnosed it's problems and helped us understand it's issues, costs for repairing, and viability for doing so.

He fixed the problem I had when he came and got my mower running again. The mower was so old that we elected not to have further repairs done when something else broke, but we will definitely bring him back on an annual basis to keep the new mower in good condition. It took him a while to get to us, but we were in an extremely rainy period that caused him to get a bit behind on repairs. He provides a great service to come to your home and fix a mower that you can't transport.

Robert was very prompt, personable and professional. The experience with him was thoroughly enjoyable. I highly encourage others to use this service.

Made appt. for diagnosis, which went fine. Made appointment for actual repair, which they had to postpone for close to a week due to personal issues. Once repaired it worked fine.

We called for a repair because our riding mower quit and was in the middle of our yard, a friend helped to get our mower into our shed. I called Robert Baker the owner of Lawnmower Medic because we had tune ups done by him previously, and he always did an excellent job. I would not have called anyone else knowing his work ethics and fair prices. We had talked about getting a new riding mower, but we decided to see if Robert could fix it and not have to pay for a new one, which we couldn't afford. We hadn't had a tune up in 2 years and we didn't think he could fix it. We got the repair done and had the tune up done for $200 which is what I hoped it would come to. The mower is at least 10 years old and we figured it was a lost cause, we couldn't be happier with Roberts service. I am so glad we didn't have to buy a new mower and happy that he is on Angies List so others can benefit from his expertise. Thanks Angie for adding him. He is great!

I purchased the deal to service my old riding AND push mowers at a bargain price (the regular price is still lower than I used to pay to the folks I had to carry my equipment to) and knew in advance that my old mowers needed more than basic service due to age and neglect. I was delightfully surprised to find the repairs and parts replaced only added $22 to the service call! Both mowers work great now and I am very pleased. I have him on my calendar to call for regular maintenance when the time comes. He's got a new loyal customer in me!

I was not home when The Lawnmower Medic showed up. I left the mower out for him to get to. He repaired the mower, left the 14 point check list with the itemized bill in my mail box. This is a great service. I would recommend The Lawnmower Medic.
