The appointment and consultation was easy to set up. The consultant was very professional, he explain the process very well. The technicians were on time and very professional and knowledgeable. Randall explained all that they were going to do, how long it would take, told me about the warranty, how to take care of it and he assured me if I wasn’t satisfied they would be able to correct it to my satisfaction, they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them

For years, one of our patios was slowly sinking. This patio has a set of steps from our glassed-in porch - and yes, they had sunk as well which yielded a trip hazard.
From the first telephone call to book an inspection & an secure estimate, the entire process with Tarheel Basement Systems was easy. The sales rep, Gregg, was patient as he explained what had to be done, what I should expect during the job and assured me that their team was well equipped for this project.
Today, they arrived on-time, assessed the situation and got to work. Edward & Jeremy were very professional - they used their knowledge and expertise to carefully lift that concrete slab and level the patio while making sure that the steps were in the proper position when the job was done. Just amazing.
If you ever need concrete slab or driveway work lifted, you can trust the team at Tarheel Basement Systems. I highly recommend them.

I want to give a shout out to Sebastian Stanley who was wonderful to work with. He was very professional and explained the process of the gutter system. He drew up my contract and walked me through it. I felt really positive after speaking with him. Thank you, Sebastian! I also want to give a shout out to Patrick and Sean, the hard working brothers that installed my system. These guys did not waste any time getting the job done. I was impressed on how well they worked together as a team. It was a pleasure meeting them both. I’ve had the gutters now for several weeks and it has rained a lot. Absolutely no leaking at all!! Thank you Patrick & Sean for a job well done! 👍🏻 I highly recommend Tarheel Basement to anyone that has a leaking basement problem. From my experience, they are best!!
