Install took 2 days longer than estimated. Should have been 4 man crew instead of 2. Guys worked hard and did good job. Floor trench guttering and pump worked as stated during heavy rain. Had problem couple of months ago with one area of trench. Contacted company. Technician came out in couple of days. Recognized problem. They came quickly and completed in one day and the workers were very nice.

The original home crawlspace was done first. There were a couple issues which were immediately remedied. Several months later, I put an addition on my home and had that area done as well without any problems.

Propsal was wau beyond the resources of the small church. While they may have been necessary, cheaper alternatives were not offered. THP was very profesional and prompt.

For the first time in 45 years, we had a dry basement through all the rain in January-February 2020. Wonderful feeling!

Very good, but they were not able to completely fix the space in the brick in our living room. It is not as easy to see, but still space in one area.

The concrete decking around my pool was lifted up where it had sagged, but the cracks were not repaired, which I was under the impression during the estimate that they would be.
