The concrete decking around my pool was lifted up where it had sagged, but the cracks were not repaired, which I was under the impression during the estimate that they would be.

Excellent came at a timely manner the crew was super friendly. They worked steady and got the job done we were very pleased.

It was a very "stubborn", time consuming repair but they were always available to listen to my concerns and send a crew for immediate follow up. After several tries a major problem was fixed and I couldn't be happier with the results and the people that helped make it happen

Install took 2 days longer than estimated. Should have been 4 man crew instead of 2. Guys worked hard and did good job. Floor trench guttering and pump worked as stated during heavy rain. Well, but they missed a place that needed a pier, so had to do more than originally specified. Handled it professionally

We never had them do any work for us. Their price was high, and it was difficult to see how their suggestions would be effective. Why would they tell you we'd had them do work?

Went great. Timely estimate, workers cleaned up after themselves. Great communication from beginning to end.

Good they had to come back 3 times the alarm kept sticking twice and the third time Matt knew what the problem was after he looked at the sump pump I was very happy overall with tarheel basement they listened and took care of the problem immediately I would highly recommend them

The original home crawlspace was done first. There were a couple issues which were immediately remedied. Several months later, I put an addition on my home and had that area done as well without any problems.

Very well. Tim Martin did an excellent job of assessing the needs and describing the process. He was very straight forward and never applied any pressure at to get on with the paperwork. We had already had an environmental inspection done so we knew there was not a major mold problem. We agreed to having this done and the company contacted us later as to the time for the job. The team came in led by Brian and were very professional in their work the entire two days. Once complete they had us review what was done to make sure we were satisfied before providing us with the final bill. We have noticed an improvement in the temperature in the rooms above the spaces which is definitely an added benefit.

They did a good job lifting and supporting various sections of the driv3eway. The men doing the job were courteous and professional.

very well. We have had recent torrential rains with little to no water in the basement. Only on one day was there a small amount of water that seeped under an outside door into the basement and was mostly caught by a floor drain installed by TarHeel. Tarheel's estimate was lower than a competitor and much more extensive and professional than a competitor.

It went as planned and they did exactly what they said they would do and even finished up quicker than expected. Highly Recommended!
