The brick walk itself was done well but it was the aftermath that was horrible. They pretty much destroyed part of my yard. This is when we were told that we would not even know they had been there. They said they would replant plants that they had to dig up for the projects. They were just thrown in piles in the beds. The worst part is the gravel all over them that they just covered with dirt. When I replanted the plants, I had to dig through 3-4 inches of gravel everywhere. The reseeding of the yard was a joke. It was tamped down from them walking on it and I have not seen one blade of new grass so I do not know what they planted. I requested a refund and they gave me a partial refund of what I requested. I accepted it just to end it and I was not going to write a review but the more I am out there raking up gravel and reseeding the yard, the more irritated I got.

Chris and Layton were great with getting us a quote and subsequent install. Our yard has never looked better! Best of all, it’s completely maintenance-free!

They did a great job. They even added something extra, a little bunker. Communication was timely, and the job was completed on schedule.

Chris and team was hired to install synthetic grass in our backyard. He took the time to explain the process and materials used. Price was reasonable too. Very personable and easy to work with. They are on time, did an excellent job and cleaned up nicely before leaving. Will not hesitate to recommend his services.

Overall great experience with Outdoor Modern Concepts. Chris really took his time to make sure we got exactly what we needed. Explained everything throughout the process to help us understand everything. The final product was better than we could of ever hoped for. We now have an amazing outside area for our staff and clients to enjoy. Best part about it all is no more lawn maintenance or dead areas in our outdoor space. Would definitely recommend Chris and his team for anyone looking to upgrade their company or personal outdoor living spaces.

Chris and his team are first class! He installed a putting green, chipping area, sand trap as well as surrounding landscaping. They are personable, reasonably priced, on time, and very communicative of everything that was going on in our backyard. I highly recommend Chris Pitt!!

BUYER BEWARE - Chris was a very personable and easy to communicate with. His professionalism as far as contact and communication was great, but his ability to be straightforward as far as his knowledge and experience not great at all. We hired Chris to install synthetic turf in our yard which had many challenges as far as hills and retaining walls. Instead of being honest as far as experience in handling a job of this magnitude, he told us that he had lots of experience and sold us on that he could definitely do the job. Two weeks in and many cigarettes/breaks later, he admitted that his knowledge was coming from Youtube. We were so far in the project and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, we did not have him finish some last little adjustments. We had to hire a new company with lots of experience on golf greens and such to come in and completely redo the entire project. We discovered drainage was not properly put in place, low cost gravel was put in to maintain dirt from washing away underneath, wrong supplies and tracking put in place that led to rusting and erosion in only a matter of two weeks. The engineering of the retaining wall completely wrong and to find fast food garbage imbedded in the retaining wall. As nice as Chris and his one person team was easy to deal with, they should really stick to simple landscaping projects, but unfortunately his dishonesty will ultimately get the better of this company.

Chris and team did an excellent job on my patio and seating wall project. He made some great recommendations that made the final product even better. I would definitely recommend them to any and all that ask about my project.

We have a waterfall and a 16 x 19 pool that was leaking. To fix it the J Lynn team had to move all the rocks, clean out the debris, install a new liner, install a new pump, then reset all the rocks. It was even more complicated when we had a rain storm in the middle of the project which meant that the previously drained pond needed to be drained again. This added several additional hours to the work. Chris and team did an excellent job. They met the original project deadlines (despite the rain delay), stayed within budget, showed up on schedule, and were very professional. Each day the work site was completely cleaned up. They even went out of their way to fix some other items they discovered during their work. At the end of the project Chris went over the owners manual for the new pump, provided additional parts, and advised me on the best maintenance practices. I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

Chris did a great job replacing my wooden front porch. Very nice and easy to deal with. Job was done in 1 day and they cleaned up afterwards. Would highly recommend for other projects.

Chris is a very dependable contractor. He worked with us on designing the wall and pavers. He kept us informed through the whole project. He does quality work at a resonable cost. I would highly recommend Lynn Landscaping and Chris and will use them for future project.

Chris was very professional and kept constant communication on his progress and plans. He worked long hours through some long hot days. He had a huge job at my house, removing steps, a sidewalk and retaining walls and then replacing them all. He re-routed gutters to correct future problems (his own suggestion) and although the work took longer than expected, the final project turned out great. I would highly recommend him to anyone.

This was a YouTube paver patio experiment gone bad. Chris explained where I went wrong, created a game plan for correction, and gave me the best quote of 4 contractors. He managed to squeeeeze me in the same week we met. He and his co-worker removed 240 16x16 38lb pavers. Not only did they correct my knuckle-headed error, they put down an additional 40 pavers for a total of 280, increasing our patio size to over 500sqft. Their workmanship was awesome, and our new patio is drop dead gorgeous. We highly recommend.

Quotation are well detailed and accurately reflect the goals and objectives of my lawn project. Timely communications and updates, as well as detailed instructions for post project care and maintenance of the lawn. The front yards stone border was well thought out, aesthetically pleasing and has received compliments from my neighbors. Looking forward to continuing my relationship with J. Lynn Landscaping.

I hired L. Lynn Mike came by and did a great job on his first visit, he never showed up after that. Numerous phone calls and text messages I sent him with no response. Finally when I did get in touch with him approximately 5 days after he was to service my lawn, he said that he would be by in a couple of days, NO SHOW, NO CALL. Called him again NO ANSWER, sent a text NO RRSPONSE, finally three day later I finally talked to him and he said he would be by that Friday. NO CALL, NO SHOW. If this is the way that he does business, I an very surprised that he is still in business, If you are unalble to keep an appointment, be respectfull and give the customer a call. With all of the technology today there is no reason that communication should be a problem. Quality and value for this company is good, but customer service and relations is minimum and best. I would recommed J. Lynn for value and quality of work, but if you are looking fora landscaper to keep his work and at least call if there is a problem for him doing the job on a date that you have set find someone else. NOT RELIABLE!
