I would 100% recommend Sprinkle Septic. Our leach bed failed and we were displaced from our home for months while obtaining a permit. Once we obtained the permit, I called 8 septic companies for a quote for repairs. Michael was the first one to respond. He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and compassionate. He was the only company to ask if were displaced and seemed to care about how this was affecting our lives. Upon finding out the answer, he promptly fit us into his schedule and got to work only a few days after hiring him. We ended up needing our entire septic system replaced, yet all of the work was completed in just a few days. He also would take the time to answer any questions that we had, ensuring that we understood what was going on and how our septic system works. His pricing was slightly higher than other quotes but it was worth it for the quality of service. I will never call any other septic company for repairs or even just to routinely pump the tank.

Mike and Tom completed the job in one day. They came out at 10 AM, pumped out the bad tank. Then they dug up the bad tank, replaced it with new tank in same spot, leveled it, connected to existing pipes, got it inspected and landscaped the area. These guys were quick thorough and professional. I will be using them in the future to pump my system when needed.

Very response was at my home 30 minutes from the time of my call. Had to order the pump was back on site at 8AM the next morning complete by noon. Final price was price quoted.

I called numerous companies to empty my septic tank, but they were either unable or unwilling to do so because they felt excavation would be necessary. Sprinkle located the tank and finished the job quickly without any excavation or additional fees!

I spoke to the receptionist (she was very nice), and confirmed that they would come out to there area where I live. She said Mike would call me back the next day to schedule the pump. That was over a week ago, and I still haven't heard back from Mike. I called another company who wanted my business.

He had to dig 2 small holes. He filled them when complete. He was very prompt and professional. No mess left behind.

Excellent and informative. Talked me out of using them now but convinced me that it would be more valuable to wait. I absolutely will call them when ready. No reason to even consider anyone else. Highly recommend.

I called this company based on Angie's List reviews. I was pleased to have my call returned quickly, and set a tentative date for an evaluation and estimate. I did not hear back with a date confirmation as promised by the gentleman who initially returned my call, so I chose another company with a more reliable response time than Sprinkle Septic.

It was a giant job and I was really pleased with their work. They came when they said they would and did a very thorough job.

We called 2 other companies that told us just to pump our septic tank to clear the dark water/odor on our property. We hired the one to do so and the problem continued, they couldn't tell us what was wrong. And they weren't shy to give us all sorts of expensive quotes to come with a bobcat and dig to find out. We called Sprinkle Septic and he came out and brought along his bobcat, dug a hole in the wet area to investigate and told us they couldn't touch it any further as it seemed that the entire system was plugged and needed to be redone. We would need to call the county to inspect and draw up new plans first. He did that at no charge and advised us then the steps to take to get the job done. We followed Mr Sprinkle's advice, he was 100% correct with how things would play out, regardless whether we would be hiring him to do the job despite his time and advice. What a sweet, honest man. Once the county inspected our drain field, we hired Mr Sprinkle to redo the entire system. He gave us a to-the-penny quote without any and quot;funny businessand quot; added in :) He and his sons were amazing, our lot is heavily wooded and they didn't touch a single tree with their large heavy equipment, not to meniton they did a great clean up job when they were done....the enTIRe front yard had been torn apart !! We would recommend Sprinkle Septic for ANY and ALL septic system issues, they are true-blue, honest, hardworking, and did I mention HONEST?? Thank you!! Since that project, we have since had them back to do add'l. work --- they have pumped the tank and replaced the pump as well. They were just as great to work with on that smaller project. We called one morning, they showed up within the hour with all the equipment they needed to get the job done and voila! that was it. Thank you!!

Called in to get my septic tank checked on 4/18/12 because we noticed the ground was wet and there was an odor in the area the night of 4/17/12. Left a message with the somewhat nice lady who answered the phone. She stated a technician would call me back to set up an appointment and never returned my call. I called another service and they had some one out to fix the problem within 24 hours.

Took 2 phone calls and 2 days to get a a technician to call when he did very rude and price was higher that other companies we had called.

We needed a new septic tank and drain lines. I checked the BBB in our area and Sprinkle, Inc had a very good rating. I requested a quote from Sprinkle, Inc. by mail and received it back within a week. I asked for options to be included in the quote and they were done as separate items as per the request. I had done some research on how to choose a good septic contractor and found out that I should ask for license info, contractors insurance info, warranty info and get references. Mr. Sprinkle provided license and insurance info as per the request. For the warranty he stated in writing that "work is done right" (I received quotes from other large septic contractors and they contained no warranty- this seems to be the standard around our county and since the Health Dept carefully inspects the work when it is done, this serves as a form of informal warranty). Mr. Sprinkle had already done work for a friend back in late 2011 and they were pleased with his work (this served as a good reference). Mr. Sprinkle and his son and grandson arrived on site at around 9 AM on Jan 31 and worked until 2:30 PM installing a new septic tank and Infiltrator drain lines. They did the work as per the Health Dept Site Plan and it passed the inspection without any problems. Mr. Sprinkle is very fast and good with a backhoe and he did an adequate job of rough grading the site when he was done. The quote did not include finish grading/seeding but I have been able to do some work with a garden rake to make the site look pretty good. Keep in mind that finish grading and grass seeding are an extra expense and if you want this service it needs to be part of your quote request. The final bill was the same dollar amount as the original quote from Mr. Sprinkle. I appreciated how Mr. Sprinkle and his son/grandson took time to answer my questions and they all acted in a professional and courteous manner.

Mike was great. He showed up on time and got right to work. He explained what he was going to do and answered all the questions we had. Before he came he quoted how much it would cost, and his estimate was right on the money. He replaced the dirt he dug up out of our back yard when he was finished. All in all, I think he was here for less than an hour, and our septic tank is now clean! He even gave us some advice about some possible links. I am very pleased with the service and I would recommend them to anyone needing their septic pumped.

We noticed signs that there were septic system issues. Upon closer inspection found that the system would have to be replaced per the Health Department. Mr Sprinkle explained the process, made the quote (to the dollar), coordinated with the city to develop the best plan possible, and made a possibly painful process easier to handle. He and his sons worked from early in the morning to late in the afternoon to get the job completed within 2 days. There was a LOT of digging involved with the job and Mr Sprinkle was extremely adept at using the backhoe. He and his crew were punctual, pleasant, hard-working, and very experienced/skilled with their line of work. They didn't hesitate to answer questions, explain processes, or address issues as they came up. They even helped save a few trees and flower beds. At the end of the job they graded the property and prepped it for seeding. It was a pleasure being able to count on the skill and integrity of Sprinkle. Would hire them again in a second!

The Sprinkles were reachable, friendly, and kept their appointment times. Estimate was reasonable for what appeared to be pretty extensive work. They avoided specimen plants and the area looks great after the completion. They coordinated the inspection with the county.

The old system was blocked with tree roots so bad that we had to have the whole thing redone. Sprinkle completed the job in a timely manner and we were pleased with the results. I would recommend them.
