The serviceman was on time, called to say he was on his way, replaced the faucet, and said we would be billed for the call. (Sink allows repeat customers to be billed instead of paying on the spot.) He was professional, friendly, and did the job quickly.

Very good. We only use them for all our plumbing needs.

Came out and cleared it pronto, no problems

Did get an appointment for Mr. Sink to come out and give me an estimate. Did have Mr. Sink tell me he'd let me know "right back." Did tell Mr. Sink I had a tight schedule of 3 weeks for plumbing and electricity on the project. Did phone his office after a full week of hearing nothing. Did get told by the office person, after she talked to him, that Mr. Sink would get back to me. Didn't experience Mr. Sink getting back to me . . . ever. He misled me from start to finish, from my perspective.

The crew of two did a good job, but nothing was very complicated. My problem was with the office. First, they did not explain that the clock started ticking when the crew leaves to come to your house. (They do that instead of charging a trip fee.) Also, the time they spent cleaning up and sitting in the truck writing up the bill was charged at the hourly labor rate, too. In our case, because they left our house at five or 10 minutes after the hour, we were charged another full half-hour of labor. (Which also means they're double-charging for time: Person A pays for whatever time is left over in the half-hour, and person B starts paying as soon as they pull out of person A's driveway.) I was out of town so I could not ask them about the charges that day, but a message was left for them to contact me the following Monday. No call. I called them and explained my questions and how I thought the last half-hour should not have been charged. Also, I wanted to see some kind of documentation about what time the crew left to come to my house and what time they left my house. If I'm paying for the time, I want to know exactly what that time is. The woman I spoke with was very curt, implied that I was lying about the policies not being explained when I scheduled the service, and said I needed to talk to the office manager, who was unavailable but she would have the manager call me. No call that afternoon or the next day. In fact, a full week went by with no call. At that point, I lost all patience and filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. In the end, they refunded the half-hour of labor I disputed. The office manager said she never got the message to call me, which seemed to indicate an issue with office staff instead of a failure on my part.

When our old hot water heater finally kicked the bucket and rusted out, we were scrambling to find the best deal on a quality replacement and professional installation. After calling around and checking Angie's List, Sink offered the best price and most immediate service. The two Sink plumbers who performed our job were both courteous and efficient. When we experienced a loss of water pressure on our second floor following the intsallation, Sink sent out plumbers immediately to check on the problem. They did not charge for the second visit and were happy to make sure that we were satisfied customers. We would recommend Sink to others in a similar situation.

Another company from the home warranty company had tried to clear a blockage, was not able to do so and stated that the pipes would need to be completely replaced i.e., pulling up bathroom floor and ceiling in kitchen below. Asked for an estimate that never came. Called Sink. Came out the next day to do an estimate - said they did not need to tear out anything, scheduled a visit for the same day and fixed the problem in an hour and a half. We were expecting several thousand dollars worth of work and a few weeks without the upstairs bath. Sinnk did the job quickly, amazingly cleanly, and at a good price.

A complicated job well done. It was hard to find someone well versed in old, tricky pipes and these guys knew their stuff. I had 2 other plumbers turn the job down. The plumbers left with their clothes a mess, but my bathroom was spotless. They even had old faucet parts for a 1930's sink. Yes, they are not cheap, but if it is tricky job these are the guys to call.

I called them about 9-9:30am and they were here within an hour and they worked about an hour. They worked quickly and seemed to know how to do the job. They noticed things that a previous plumber who installed the toilet had failed to do and corrected these problems to keep the leak from damaging the subflooring under the toilet and bathroom sink. They sent a two man crew for the jobs listed and were finished very quickly. I can't judge on price because it has been years since I have had any work like this done-I can't complain-they did several small jobs that I been wanting done for a while but the leak in the toilet made it an urgent need for them to come out today. I was very glad that they were so prompt and overall they seemed to be very knowledgeable and knew what to do. I would recommend them to others.

I called several different plumbers before choosing Sink. I had a lot of problems finding a plumber that would return my calls or arrive when promised. Sink, on the other hand, was responsive and punctual and appears to have fixed the problem. Unfortunately, I think $95 an hour (where the time includes one way of the driving time), $67 for parts, and an additional charge for working on a sewer pump is just too much for only about an hour's worth of work.

Excellent responsiveness, came when they promised and performed their work in about 1 hour.

I've had Sink on two occasions now in the last few months, and they've been incredibly speedy and efficient. With each leak, they've gotten someone here within hours, and don't charge an emergency fee. Since you pay for a whole hour even if they're here for 5 minutes, I recommend you stack up your jobs so you can get the most out of the hourly fee. A friend of mine who's an architect says she always calls them for repair work, but for new installation of fixtures and pipes and such they're too pricey. I'm following that advice! My only complaint was that on the visit where I was out of town, they tracked mud all over our basement, requiring Stanley Steamer to get it out. But other than that, these guys are great.

THEY BILLED ME, SO I DID NOT HAVE TO PAY UP FRONT. THE WERE HERE FOR A SHORT TIME. THEY FIXED IT AND CLEANED UP REALLY WELL. THEY WERE RESPECTFUL AND KIND.

I FELT THAT THE PRICE OF THIS SERVICE WAS TO MUCH FOR SUCH A SMALL THING AND A REGULAR CUSTOMER. OTHER PEOPLE HAD TRIED THE BULB AND FELT IT WOULD BREAK SO THAT'S WHY I CALLED THIS COMPANY.

WHEN WE HAVE A PROBLEM WE ALWAYS CALL THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE EXCELLENT TO WORK WITH. THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND RESPONSIVE. WE ARE EXTREMELY SATISFIED WITH THEM. THEY CLEAN UP AFTER THEMSELVES.

THEIR PRICE SEEMED VERY FAIR. THEY WERE VERY PUNCTUAL AND RESPONSIVE. WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY. THEIR QUALITY OF WORK WAS EXCELLENT. AND THEY CLEANED UP AFTER THEMSELVES WHEN THEY WERE DONE.

THEY DO THOROUGH WORK AND MAKE SURE EVERYTHING IS COMPLETELY FIXED BEFORE THEY LEAVE, SO WE DO NOT HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT THE PROBLEM AGAIN. THEY ARE DEPENDABLE AND KEPT TO THEIR WORD.

THE PRICE WAS OUTRAGEOUS. THEY CAME LATER IN THE DAY AND CHARGED ME FOR OVERTIME. THE CLEANING WENT FINE, AND THEY WERE POLITE. TRY TO SCHEDULE SERVICE EARLY IN THE DAY.

I USE THEM ALL THE TIME. THEY ARE THE ONLY PLUMBERS I WILL HIRE TO WORK FOR ME. THEY DO EXCELLENT WORK. I TRUST THEM IN MY HOME AND I FEEL COMFORTABLE AROUND THEM.

I DON'T KNOW THAT I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. I THOUGHT THEY WERE OVER PRICED. THEY SEEMED TO KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING, BUT I WAS NOT VERY IMPRESSED. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN BECAUSE THERE IS NO CHOICE.

THEY GAVE US NEXT DAY SERVICE. THEY ARE HONEST AND TO THE POINT. WE NEEDED OTHER DONE AND THE TOLD US THEY COULD NOT DO THE JOB AND GAVE US NAMES OF COMPANIES WHO COULD.

WE HAVE BEEN USING THEM FOR THE PAST FORTY YEARS. WE ALWAYS USE THEM WHENEVER WE NEED ANYTHING DONE BECAUSE THEY ARE VERY GOOD. THEY CAME ON TIME AND CLEANED UP WHEN THEY WERE DONE. THEY CHARGED US REASONABLY.

Sink Plumbing & Electric Co., did a good job. The original estimate was exactly what the final cost was. There were no unpleasant surprises. I will definitely use them again in the future.

Sink Plumbing & Electric Co. Did everything that I asked them to do. I was very happy with the work they did as well as how nice they were. I do wish the price wasn't so expensive, but I suppose you get what you pay for.
