The repairman arrived right on time. The work was done very efficiently. The price was reasonable.

Repair on the washing machine didn't work the first time, but returned promptly to follow up. Courteous, professional service.

Arrived very quickly, then need a part, took over an hour to get the part, though the wholesale part store was about 10 minutes from my home, fixed the pump, gave me a receipt, but no itemized invoice for the work performed.Job done well, but overpriced in my opinion. Kind of left a bad taste in my mouth about the experience.

I would not recommend them. I feel like they wasted my time; they spent a lot of time talking. They said that they were efficient; I felt they were very expensive. I was not happy with how expensive it was. When I saw why, it was because they were there for so long. There was a lot of chit chat.

They came out on time, and they got the job done. They were a little bit on the pricey side for a repair.

They are very nice and do great work. We highly recommend them.

Fist called for service at around 11am - the plumber left with everything finished and done at 1:30 pm. How fast is that!!! :):):)

I was worried at first because they didn't do an estimate in advance, and I knew the job was complex, but Mike & Jonathan arrived at 8:30 and when they left at 12:30, they had solved every problem on my list, checked for every worry, installed a new commode with very little fuss -- a toilet that was rated high by my favorite not for profit consumer organization -- and charged less for the new commode (the Toto) than I had expected to pay. My sump pump, tub, commode, washing machine and both sinks were all in non leaking and proper draining configuration, with better gravity drain lines despite several problems with finding parts. Two experienced plumbers for four hours, a new high rated commode, and several major pipe fittings, including one they had to go out and track down for me was not cheap, but I'm satisfied that I spent my money well.

sceretary called to let me know plumer was in route. Arrivial was shortly befor appoint time. Plumer was perfessional in appreance and behavior. He did small repair and ajusted toilet flush in upstairs bathroom. He looked at down stairs toilet and indicated needed to order parts. The parts arrived after 1.5 wks. Different plumer arrived to install part, found The wrong part was ordered. I was not billed for thesecond trip. He took the worn out part with him to order a replacment. 1.5 wks later original plumer returned with the correct part and took about 15 min to install it. overall repair was competant. no prolem after since the repair. Good serviece over all with the exception ordering the wrong part.

They called me right away and came out to my home when promised. Very pleasant and skilled young man. He was finished within approx. an hour. Plumbing working great now. Thanks Sink!! Will definitely use again and would highly recommend to others.

I first called Sink when there was a leak from the back of the toilet in my 1/2 bath. They came out the next day and diagnosed the leak as the bolt/seal on the tank was leaking onto the pedestal. It was an easy fix. While the plumber (Mike) was in the house I asked him about the overflow water pipe on the air-conditioner, which overflowed about twice a year. The air-conditioner is in a closet and mounted on the wall over a low-boy water tank. He said the piping was installed incorrectly over the water heater and the sludge could not flow freely, which caused the water to backup and overflow onto the floor. Because I was having new hardwood floors installed I was also worried about the water heater which was almost 20 years. Mike gave me his opinion on how long water heaters last. Sink's office called the next day and quoted a price of $1100.00 for installation of a new water heater, an extension tank, and re-piping of the air-conditioning pipe over the water heater. They came 1 week later and lucky for me Mike did the installation. Everything was installed in 2.5 hours. I was also glad I got a new water heater. The old one had starting seeping on the bottom. I appreciated Mike's honesty about the air-conditioning piping when he came out the first time . It made the sticker shock of the price easier to bear.

They did both jobs in the same day. They came two hours after I called. They did the work that same day and charged $90 an hour. The cost was very reasonable for what that had to do. They were just wonderful. I would recommend them to anyone.

The fact that there is no story says it all. I don't have any carry over problems because my issue was completely resolved - and in the best way possible i.e. all those old fashioned values of fast, friendly, and courteous. Thank you, SINK - Thanks to ANGIE:)

They were prompt and their pricing was fair. The guy they sent out was not very friendly.

Generator breaker box: After a severe ice storm that left us powerless for a week, we purchased a generator. Sink electricians installed a breaker box connected to an outdoor outlet at the back of the house. We could plug in the generator, switch over the power to the outdoor outlet, and generate electricity for utilities and a few lights. They thoroughly explained how to do this, clearly labeled both breaker boxes, and left us with written directions.12/2010: We had a supposedly freeze-proof outside faucet that had been incorrectly installed. We had extensive water damage inside the house coming from under the kitchen sink. We were also concerned about water pipes on an outside wall in the master bath. The plumber replaced the outside faucet, installed a cut-off valve under the kitchen sink, and advised us on how to keep the pipes warm in the bathroom.2/2012: Recently we had a leaky shower head that we had tried to repair ourselves twice. The plumber dismantled it and repaired the leak, although it has now returned. I suspect there is an issue in the design of the head rather than with the repair. All work was performed correctly. The generator worked perfectly, as designed. The new outside faucet is better than the original installation by the builder. Sink's service techs are uniformed and arrive within the time range we've agreed on. Their labor fee is pricey, in my opinion, but they are professional and very competent. They have suggested good, workable solutions for our problems.

Plumber arrived as scheduled and began to remove faulty valve cartridge. There was no local cut off, so water had to be cut off to entire house. He had trouble removing the cartridge but eventually got it out. Next he went to his truck and luckily had a coulple of spares. I'm not sure what his plan was if he didn't have any - leave us without running water until he was able to find one? After much trouble he was able to get the replacement cartridge in. It didn't work properly and so he removed it and put a different one in. That one didn't work either. He tried putting the original back in, I guess to learn how they were suppose to work. By his own admission his experience was with installing new plumbing equipment rather than repairing old. Rather than let the service meter continue to run I suggested that he just replace the entire valve assembly. While he cut a hole in the wall to access the valve I went and bought a new shower valve and faucet fixture. Afterwards, he was able to get the new one installed without any trouble. The plumber was a nice guy but didn't have the experience needed to repair the bad valve. I ended up paying for extra labor time as a result.

I called them at 10:30 and they got here at 1:30. Because it was such an easy fix, he offered to do other things for me to fill up the hour that I was charged for. I got answers to many electrical questions. I would definitely use them again. They were wonderful!

The customer service was excellent. They were very friendly and very nice. The plumber came out the same day we called and had the job done within 2 hours. We would use them again in the future if necessary.

Excellent. Took some detective work and a few small holes in the ceiling before the source of the leak could be identified. Their knowledge of plumbing systems was key to getting the problem solved.

Needed leaky trap in Kitchen sink repaired. I had sold the house and was about to close and needed sink trap fixed ASAP ( 2 days before closing). They were able to get to me that same day I called. Plumber was responsive, thorough and fairly priced.

They have come to our house to take care of the plumbing for years. As far as coming out and taking care of problems, they have been fine. We have called them many times. We bought the house in 1978 and it was built in the 50s, so it's an older house. The first time they came it was $142.50 and the next time they came it was $95.00. They had to order a part. One aspect that they don't seem to do very well and that is they don't seem to want to install anything new. We recently redid our bathroom and I thought that we should work with them since they had done plumbing. Finally somebody came out, but he said he was just doing a favor for a friend in the company and there was never any bid from them. They evidently don't want to do that kind of work. They have been just fine coming out and taking care of things. They come in a timely way. That's been fine. Different people come out different times and some of them seem to be better than others, so I don't know what to say. They are very good for repairing things. I wouldn't recommend them for installing new showers or something because they just don't seem to want to do it. We have pretty much exclusively hired them to do the plumbing in the house. I don't know about their price. The quality of work was pretty good. The last time we were renovating the bathroom and getting the shower fixed, the guy working on it took a pipe out and it broke. We called Sink and they were there within the hour. They were extremely responsive. You don't mess around calling them when they don't call you back or they don't come. There is none of that. Some folks are better at explaining to you what they are doing or maybe at analyzing problems.

I covered everything pretty much in the above statements. The entire experience was pleasant and successful.

I discovered I had a leak and the previous contractor (who installed my dishwasher) did not connect correctly. Sink did a great job and the leak is gone. It was done very professionally. I basically feel it is just better to get a pro and do it right the first time.
