Extremely horrible experience… First, they busted an additional water line down stairs, re-flooding my home. Second, they attempted a repair of said waterline, later that afternoon they informed me I had a “new leak” in the basement. Leak was from the busted water line they caused. They told me someone would be out to fix this. I went without water or toilets for 4 whole days before they sent someone out, which was a supervisor. They also left the shutoff valves on, when they removed the vanities… so when the water was turned back on, the home flooded again from the lines that were connected to the vanities. This took several more days of water mitigation. Finally, they sent out someone over the age of 23, who fixed the water line.. on the 5th day. Lastly, they ripped the level leg off my brand new dryer, they replaced the $15 leg after I brought it to their attention. All of the damages they caused they attempted to cover up instead of fixing. I have text messages, videos, photos to prove the entire thing. The only reason I didn’t take them to court, is because I’m overwhelmed with more important things in my life at this time. UPDATE AS OF 10/15/2022: Update for my previous post 10/14 My house started to smell of mildew, my insurance adjuster came out with moisture detection equipment and discovered there was still moisture, in my ceiling there was a 99% saturation reading after servpro had completed the job..

They did excellent work. They were very prompt and returned all messages in a timely manner.
