Description of Work: I had one large living/dinning room and two very small bathrooms cleaned. The result of the overall cleaning was generally allright. There was one area in particular on which they did an excellent job. However, I thought the carpet was excessively damp post cleaning, (May be industry standard for water carpet cleaning). What I was dissatisfied with was the fact that there were numerous "dribbled" dirty waste water spots hither and yon over the carpet. Therefore i had to spot clean again myself once the carpet was dry. Some of them I have not been able to get rid of...may be because of the kind of solution used for the original cleaning...don't know. The spots I am speaking of were not in the patricular areas before the cleaning. I did not ask the company to return and remove these spots. The other thing I was unhappy with was the fact that the company refused to get right up next to the baseboards without additional charges. This may also be a standard practice for the industry...don't know. The first time I had engaged this company they didn't show up at all because they had reserved the date incorrectely on their calendar.

Description of Work: The company cleaned the carpets in my living, dining, family and guest rooms in my house. It took them about an hour to do the work.
