James ordered my new system and came and replaced it out and showed me how to use it. He is very professional and knowledgeable about every aspect of The Change-out. I have used Salem Services for many years without any problems whatsoever and will continue to use them for as long as they're available. if you're looking for a good heating or air condition system there's no need to call anywhere else but James Templeton at Salem Service for all your service and installation needs. + -1 moreMr. Templeton, arrived on time for this service call, he completed the service in this one visit. He was polite and professional providing us with information as to what caused the "break-down" and the alternatives to repairing it. He gave us advice on what repair he thought would be best for our situation and when we had made our decision, he completed the repair at exactly the cost he had quoted. We are very happy with his work and will definitely be calling him again for all our HVAC needs.
Description of Work: James Templeton, is the owner of Salem Services and he came to our house on Macon Dr., in Winston-Salem, NC and repaired the A/C unit and did a complete inspection of the Heating and A/C system.
