Rich-Line Painting proved to be a terrific partner. After my long-standing exterior painter left me hanging, indicating my latest project was too small (after having just completed a major project for me), Ricardo and his team came to the rescue. After my initial job request through Angi, Ricardo promptly responded and scheduled a time to come out and review the job with me. He asked the right questions and assured me his team was equipped and capable. He provided me with a written estimate and we set up a time for the work to be completed. When a changing weather forecast put that date at risk, he reached out to see if he could do the job sooner. His team was professional, attentive to details, and committed to doing quality work. All were respectful of me and my property and I had no concerns with them working at my home. I am very pleased with their work and will gladly contact them again for my future painting projects.

I needed color added to my new Winston Salem home, which had been painted a uniform very light gray throughout. I needed skill to hone the color selection. I needed experience to get cut lines clear and clean. I needed an eye for complementary tones. I also needed an affordable price for the project where nine colors would be distributed over ten separate portions of the condominium. Rich-Line/Mr Vega was very helpful. At the end of only one meeting I knew the colors, the price, the start date and the finish date. Once hired, the plan was carried out flawlessly. Not one negative. It was as “smooth as silk.”

I will definitely hire again! I already have more projects in mind. Ricardo and his workers are knowledgeable, prompt, and accommodating to my needs and desires. Definitely a go to for projects inside or out!
