I highly recommend them. I worked with Charles Watson and he was incredibly professional and did a great job. He was very available whenever I had questions or needed to get ahold oh him. He was very prompt.

The move went smoothly. They took care in moving the items and used blankets to wrap all the furniture. My only real complaint is the estimated price was lower than the actual cost. I was told it would take 3 - 4 hours and it took 5.5 hours. Also, they charge you for the drive time from the dispatch center to your location AND from your destination back to the dispatch center...I found that a little strange. It added about $60 to my final bill.

They packed me out on one day, and the next day unloaded in my new home in 2 hours. I had a one bedroom home, plus a lot of computer equipment, my husbands tool shed full of man toys, and they did it all! Charles even brought over more packing boxes. I was thrilled, as I clearly hadn't gotten enough.

The furniture arrived in perfect condition at the exact time promised. The 2 movers were efficient, professional, careful and courteous. Challenging pieces were moved up a stairway with little difficulty. The van was modern and clean and the furniture was packed and treated with care. And, best of all, the price was reasonable. I was recovering from a serious illness when the furniture was to be delivered. Upon hearing this, Mr. Watson told me that they would do everything they could to make this a good experience AND they did!!! I feel fortunate to have found this company and will recommend them to friends. I will use them again whenever possible.
