We called in October of 2022, to have a window replaced. They told us it would take a couple of weeks. It is now March of 2023. They just now ordered the window and would not tell us why they waited so long. We still have a shattered window and they are not returning our calls. DO NOT BOTHER WITH THIS COMPANY! This will go to the BBB next.

I want to give 0, as the front office screwed this one up. I gave them a cashiers check and then canceled the job, they gave me back my cashiers check and wrote VOID all over the front. I couldn't cash or deposit this check and had to stop payment at the cost of $90. They took no responsibility in their mistake and actually told me "we didn't ask you to give us a cashiers check" poor excuse

Excellent installation team. Arrived on time. Worked quickly and efficiently. Did not leave any mess behind.

They were friendly, professional, and extraordinarily honest. The prices were too high but we got what we paid for. They made a mistake and rather than us approaching them about the mistake, they came to us with the mistake. It was not a big deal but they had that level of honesty. It would have cost them an incredible amount of money if we said that is was not okay but it turned out fine. Their extraordinary honesty makes us willing to recommend them to people.

The windows seem to be good windows. The crew that installed the windows is very professional. However, the sales person never showed up for the install or even followed up with a phone call. I was surprised because I would think if someone spent $10,000 with you, you at least should get a telephone call to see if you were happy. This is not very professional. Also, I wish I had asked for a copy of the warranty up front. The warranty was later mailed after the job was done. The warranty did not reflect what the salesperson said (yes, I feel he was deceptive about the warranty). I had already spoken with Sears and I went over what the Sears warranty offered and was told l it was the same (it’s not). If I had it to do over I would have brought from Sears who had the better warranty. Right now I like the windows and having no problems. If I do, I will right another review and let you know.

Reece Builders has been making cold sales calls to our home number for months; we did not answer one until the other night. We finally answered their call and made an appointment with them for Tuesday night, but they appeared unexpectedly on Monday night. We had been out shopping and came home to find a strange van in our driveway. As we pulled in the drieway, we saw two strange men leaving our front porch. My husband got out of the car and inquired as to the reason for their presence. They showed us ID and explained that they were from Reece Builders so we let them in to talk to us. We had told them on the phone that we were interested in siding, but they came prepared to discuss windows. After they got inside our house, the salesmen told us that they needed 90 minutes to talk with us about their product before they measured; we were not aware of the time involved with the sales pitch until the salesmen were in our house. We are especially cautious about strangers these days since we have had several break ins in our neighborhood in the last few months and having two strangers show up unexpectedly at our door for a lengthy sales pitch unnevered us quite a bit. Due to the fact that the salesman showed up on the wrong night and were not prepared to discuss the correct product with us, we will not be doing business with this company.

A salesman called and I was thinking about it so I had him come give me an estimate. I'd say they were professional. I didn't use them because of the price and because I think the product is overpriced.

We are still in the process of getting them to correct a couple of issues with our windows. We will update this evaluation in the coming days.

We were (and still are) in the market for new windows. We received a flyer at our door from a nice young man about their services. It was good timing and we deiced go ahead and set up an "estimate" the following weekend. We originally scheduled the meeting for 1:00 pm that Saturday because we had a party for my in-laws to prepare for that evening. The salesman called that Thursday and asked if he could move it up to 2:00 pm. I asked him how long it would take and he said "at least" an hour. I told him that we were in the process of getting estimates. He made sure to tell us that their estimates were good for one year (no pressure. So I thought). That Saturday the Salesman arrived on time. (however we started about 10 minutes later as my wife had come back from the store). He seemed very friendly and personable (at first), albeit a bit cocky, and gave a good demonstration about their product which was very impressive. Toward the end of the presentation, which was running about 1.5 hours at that point, he got to the estimate and that when things got a bit uncomfortable. We loved the product but NEVER intended to buy that day. When we did not commit, he immediately got frustrated and the mood changed. He started getting really pushy. I told him that we had to see some more estimates first and that we could follow up on the phone. He then whipped out a 3 ring binder and said, “you want estimates? Here they are!” and proceeded to show what appeared to be price lists from all their competitors. Then he said "I have had only about 5 people who have ever called me back in the last 10 years. If y’all were going to buy you would buy today!" He then made a phone call on his cell, apparently to his boss, with us listening so that we could overhear - something to the effect of "Yea I'm done here. Yea they aren’t going to buy." (doing his best to sound hurt.) My wife and I were both stunned. I tried to keep things light but he ended up leaving in a huff and taking the "estimate" (which amounted to one scribbled-down number scratched onto a piece of copy paper, that he had promised was good for a year) and left in a huff! The ironic thing was that my wife and I were genuinely interested! If the salesman had not been so pushy, insisting that we sign that day, he might have made a sale. Instead we were left stunned and frustrated, having spent the last hour and a half with a pushy salesman that didn't even leave us with an estimate or even a phone number! Well Mr. Salesman, I can understand why only 5 people have ever called you back. Sincerely, Frustrated and still “windowless”

The sales man was nice and informative. It took alot of pushing to get them to go to their lowest price. At one point he even "called" the owner to see if they could get to a better price. This was painfull and took about three hours to learn and negotiate. The actual installation went well. They showed up when they said they would and finished the entire project in 5 to 6 hours.

The salesman came to the my home and told us about the product. The sales pitch did take longer than it should have. We talked it over and called him back the next day to say we wanted the company to do the job. We have a log home and there were things we needed to do to prepare for the new windows and door. The door was new, not a replacement, so we had to prepare the opening ourselves. The installer came back to see if the door opening would work and then ordered the door. The installation was wonderful. They knew what they were doing and had the project completed and cleaned up in three hours.

Before meeting with the rep, I checked them out on Angie's List, the Better Business Bureau's web site, and the NC Secretary of State, and found them in completely good standing. From the time we received an estimate from Jake, this company and it's representatives were completely professional. Jake answered all our questions and provided us with detailed information on the construction and integrity of the windows (my husband was extremely impressed that our salesman could jump up and down on the windows and they did not crack or break). Financing was easy and the documents were brought directly to our house for signing. I can't say enough about the work crew. They went above and beyond my expectations. They arrived on time and did what they promised...they replaced all windows in 1 day. Beyond that, they left absolutely no debris in my yard or in my house and they even wrapped an additional portion of my home in vinyl, at no extra cost, so it would blend with the windows.

THESE ARE GREAT PEOPLE TO WORK WITH. THEIR WINDOWS MAY BE A LITTLE PRICEY BUT THEY ARE WORTH IT. I HAVE NOTICED A DIFFERENCE IN MY ELECTRICAL BILL AND WE REALLY LIKE THE WINDOWS.

THEY TOOK WHAT WE HAD TO SAY TO HEART. WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THE COMPANY. THEY WERE A LITTLE HIGH PRICED, BUT THEY DID A REALLY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PUNCTUAL.
