Ray Pest Control I started using Ray Pest Control on this house in 1993. Inspection reports always negative for termites. In about August I noticed some "sinking "under one of the columns on my front porch. Had a termite inspection on 9/29/1920. No termites. Figured it must be water damage. Had another quarterly inspection on 12/2/2020 and again got a clean bill of health. Started repair work on 12/6/2020. Lo and behold, TERMITES!! Called Ray Pest Control right away!! Technician came out next day. Yep, active termite infestation. FOUR DAYS after clean bill of health!! Next day supervisor came out with contractor. Yep, termite infestation! It took 3 weeks to get response to my concerns. Answer was that my contract didn't cover repairs! So I paid for 27 years of termite protection and detection only to have to point out termites to Ray Pest Control! Now I get to rebuild my entire front porch floor system because they didn't do what I paid them to do. I hope to get it done for less than $10,000.00 but I'm still getting quotes. And by the way damage was in an easily accessible place. But they sure found the mailbox when it was time to send the bill!!

I have been in my apartment complex for 7 years and a Gentleman name Stacey from Ray Pest Control The service is absolutely phenomenal. I have never had a person like this man do a down right great job for the bugs in my apartment . the service needs and 10 stars from a person like me. thanks

". The service provider went to the wrong address for service. I have two properties that have received service from this company and I was very specific about which property needed service. The receptionist, who has on several other occasions been non-responsive and unaccommodating was very unapologetic for the mix-up. Her response after I had waited around for the missed appointment was "we won't be able to get anyone out there today". No matter that I had taken off work to meet the technician. I will not be doing business with them again.

They were very prompt. Very professional when they were here we have signed up for quarterly pest control with them

He arrived on time and treated the house inside and out. Since he was here there have been no more spiders.

I have used Ray's Pest Control for the past four years without a single complaint. I have recommended them to friends and family, all of which are also very satisfied. If there is a problem they are quick to address it, to include free secondary spraying between quarterlies if a problem arises.I would recommend them to anyone....

If I have any problems in between quarterly sprays they will come out for nothing for example they recently sprayed for ants.

They came out and they were great. It was reasonable for what he did. He was very professional.

They are the best people you will ever find, they really are. I have been using them for at least 12 years. We had found out that we had bats in the attic and also had mice in the basement from where the door had been left open by another repairman. We don’t have any more bats and they cleaned up after themselves. It was unbelievable how well they cleaned. It was excellent and the best. These are good people.
