Superb. they were prompt, courteous, hard working. The crew went the extra mile to make sure everything was perfect. I recommeend them highly.

They were great and very timely. The surveyor that came out was just awesome. What I needed was very particular and he went above and beyond to work with me.

Everyone that I spoke with on the phone or in person was very nice. They were one of 4 quotes that I had done and beat everyone with a better quality product and lower price. The installer even worked in the rain to get everything finished for me. There was an issue with the wrong fence post caps being delivered but they were out within the week to replace them with the correct ones. Highly recommend.

We got in touch with this vendor but got a voicemail. We left a message with a request for a call back but didn't hear back in a week. We called back and the lady on the phone took the message and would have Chad call us back. This didn't happen. We called back again, and left a message for Chad. He didn't call back and we called again and this time we got him on the phone. We scheduled an appt with him and he failed to show up! We called and spoke to a manager and later Chad apologized with a lame excuse and came to look at the house (late!) where services were requested. He looked and said that he would give us an estimate and quot;LATER THAT AFTERNOONand quot;. Not entirely to our surprise, he never got back to us and two weeks later, we called back and requested to speak to the owner. We spoke to Norm and he apologized for the experience and told us that it was unreasonable to expect a quote the same day. We explained to him that that was what we were told and he put us on hold and apparently spoke to Chad. He said that there was a miscommunication and he apologized and said: and quot;So do you still want a quote?and quot;. We said yes only if we didn't have to deal with Chad again. Norm told us that that would not be possible and asked if we still wanted a quote. We declined and kindly thanked him for his time and parted ways. We went this far with this company because we had heard good things from a friend. Any business that treats its customers with this level of sloppiness deserves a review here. We gave them enough chances and clearly they have enough business not to have to provide appropriate service to get more. Very unfortunate.

There was a 2 man crew, they worked late every night to get the job done. They even had to deal with a bothersome neighbor and handled it well. Everything was measured out and the ladies in the office called me to schedule the fence install and the utility lines were marked a few days before the job was started. Tim was wonderful to work with, this is the 2nd fence they have put up for me. The ladies in the office are always helpful and nice to speak with on the phone. The 2 man work crew was very good about keeping my yard clean and very nice when I had questions.

Technically, the job isn't finished. It would be, except for the fact that the fellow who supervises the primarily non-English speaking crew didn't bother to wait until the Utility company had marked the gas lines. Actually, they had planned to start yesterday, but fortunately they were rained out. Today, about an hour or so after they left the first time, the Utility guy shows up, marks the lines, and shows me that one of the posts is either directly over my gas line, or very, very close. When I contacted the company about this - first by phone, then by sending photos to both the office and Tim - I finally received a call from Tim, who gave me the quote to begin with. He seemed to laugh it off as if it wasn't a big deal, and said the crew manager would be out tomorrow to test for gas after they move the post 3 feet. Well, isn't that nice! I contacted them and notified them of the issue at 1:27pm, and I get to sleep right next to that post wondering if there's a gas leak outside my bedroom window? I would have been better off buying the material myself and hiring someone on craigslist. I am paying over $2000 for this dog run because I wanted professionals to do it. These people are NOT professional. If I ran my business the way these folks do, I'd be ashamed.

They did an excellent job. The price was competitive. They were professional and responsive.

They originally put the fence around the entire backyard and I had them come back to put the gate. They did good work. They are a little pricey but they did good work. I haven't compared their price with any other company but several people I had talked to while at work said that what they charged for the entire yard was kind of high. The quality was fine. They actually were out in the yard and I didn't even know. I might use them if I needed any more work. I would definitely recommend them to others but I would tell them that they might be more expensive than other companies. One thing is that they are very close by and that was convenient to me.

No job performed

They came out and gave us a quote. For a four foot fence they said it would cost $2100 and for a six foot fence $2500. They were good, very thorough and pleasant to work with. I just didn’t want to pay that kind of money for a fence. Their customer service and professionalism was really good. If I had the money I would use them again in the future.

Tim from Piedmont Fence was very professional and knowledgeable. Tim called me 30 minutes in advance to confirm his appointment and arrived 10 minutes early! Tim took the time to listen to every detail and made recommendations to help portray the exact fence layout we wanted. Tim also explained every step of the process and was able to provide us with an estimated cost right on the spot! Piedmont Fence did an amazing job! The fence was installed in a timely, professional manner. The fence installers were incredibly friendly and well organized. They listened to every concern I had, and accommodated any change I requested. They were sure to call ahead each day prior to their arrival and were always there at the time they said they would arrive. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of a fence at their home or business. Great company! I will be calling them in the future for more work! Thank you Piedmont Fence! :)

THEY TAKE PRIDE IN THEIR BUSINESS. THEY DO WHAT THEY SAID THEY WOULD AND IT DOESN'T TAKE THEM VERY LONG TO DO THE WORK. I HAVE AND WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE.
