Description of Work: We needed pine needle mulch put down. Called around but could not get a return call. Perez responded immediately and was out within days to do the work. Just called back a year later to take over mowing. Same thing...called around and nobody would return a call...Perez was immediately responsive and will start mowing our lawn next week.

Description of Work: They provide routine lawn maintenance which includes mowing, trimming, and leaf removal. They also aerate, reseed, and lay pine needles when necessary. The price listed is a monthly fee which is all inclusive of these services.
