Very well: delivered what they promised!

I had mixed results with this service. I originally contacted Parker's Pressure Washing to pressure wash my home and had some difficulty initially with scheduling the appointment. When we finally agreed on a time, the crew showed up and I explicitly asked if the service included cleaning the gutters. I was told that it did. When I returned home that evening, the crew had done a good job cleaning the house and patio areas as requested. However, the gutters were still full of debris. When I contacted Parker's, they said that they only clean the outside of the gutters unless I pay extra to have the inside of them cleaned. If they would have told me this when I asked about gutter cleaning, I would have been happy to pay the extra to have the debris cleaned out of the inside of the gutters. When somebody explicitly asks if their service includes gutter cleaning, they should explain the services available. Subsequently, I asked them to go ahead and come back to clean out the inside of the gutters. They returned and only partially finished the gutter cleaning job as the crew had complained that there were some wasps flying around the gutter area. They didn't charge me for their efforts, but I was left once again with an unfinished job. I was able to finish the rest of the gutter cleaning on my own without any problems from wasps, nor did I see any visible wasp nests. It almost seemed like they just didn't really feel like finishing the gutter cleaning. I would hire them again as they have reasonable prices. However, it is a bit of a hassle to communicate with them and also get a finished job if you don't stay at home to evaluate and direct what they are doing.

Everything went great! Mallory was very polite, efficient, and a pleasure to work with! She did a great job! However, now I realize how dirty the windows are on the INSIDE! (I may have to call them back!)

Awesome job was performed! Our two story house with large front porch was washed in less than two hours by one man! Mildew was completely removed and he never climbed on a ladder! Amazing! We will be return customers for the service received at such a reasonable price! And we may sell our pressure washer. 😉

The worker arrived on time, was courteous and accommodating. The pressure washer is on the truck. It was hooked up to the outside water faucet. The results were astounding. The I received my receipt in my email. I like that.

Parker's Pressure Washing did a fantastic job on both my driveway and house. They were kind, courteous, and professional. The job was scheduled very quickly and they were very punctual. The price was very reasonable for the service rendered. In fact, I was so impressed with their service, I recommended them to my neighbor. I don't think you can go wrong.

Guys that showed up seemed knowledgeable. Worked until job completed. The house definitely is cleaner and the driveways were pristine. I had a neighbor ask for their name because of how well the driveways turned out. They had not been cleaned this way since 1992 so oil stains and just in general discolorations were completely gone and suface almost looked white. I would definitely use them again. Owner is responsive to emails. Had one glitch which is ongoing with anyone it seems who does exterior work for me. I have two gates to my back yard. One highly visible if I go on my deck but the other is beneath deck. I usually let my two small dogs out a few times a day and had no idea the one gate was left open underneath. I realized they had gotten out when a neighbor notified me one dog almost got hit by a car in the street. Notified owner Keith who was quick to apologize. Things like this happen . I suggest you remind any workers if you have gates to make sure they are closed. (We also have a pool so a big deal)

I bought a deal with the company on Angies List for pressure washing, the company was to able to schedule quickly and took care on any problem and did a great job. My neighbor even got his house, fence and deck pressure washed because the company did a good service on my house.

100% PLEASED! If you're reading this to try and decide who to get to do pressure washing, stop right now and choose Parker's Pressure Washing. I couldn't be happier with the work done. They are extremely professional. I received text alerts for: 1) confirmation of appointment, 2) when the guy was on his way to the house, and 3) when the job was completed. It took them a few days to get with me on scheduling the job. But that didn't bother me. I'm sure they were busy because they are so good. The guy was not only on time but got here early! Where can you find that kind of service nowadays? He did an awesome job and was professional and courteous. Also, he paid attention to every detail and confirmed all the work he'd done when job was completed. He even went up to the curb to get a package delivery so the delivery man would not walk on the freshly cleaned driveway. I'd use them again and recommend them without hesitation to anyone who needs pressure washing.

It had been two years since house was last pressure washed. After Mr. Parker finished his services the house looked excellent.

They did a fine job. They're professional and know their stuff. They're very personable. I would tell people to read the fine print when they buy the Big Deal, because it only covers 1,000 feet of cleaning. I had about 1,500 so it ended up costing me another $20 or $30 to get it all done. They did such a good job. Everything was great but the cost.

Call back was very slow but the work they did was very good.

Everything was top notch. The initial message was returned promptly and a date of service was established for only one week away. They send you emails and text messages letting you know when they are on their way. The men arrived 15 minutes early and had the entire job done in about 45 minutes....(1800 sq ft home). They were very friendly and courteous and the job they did was AWESOME! I would highly recommend their services to anyone......WELL worth the price!

Very well run, professional and courteous operation. House looks sparkling new like a car detailing. Very happy with the work and the price is fair because it was a lot of work that involved a lot of manual, intricate work. Also appreciate the tech they use (soft water system) and very clean on the job site, etc. Highly recommend them and plan to use them again. Worth it.

I was out of town, and my daughter was the go between. He called and said he wasn't able to get into the gate and thought my house was more square footage than anticipated. He said he would give me 30 minutes or he was leaving. My concern was for him to go ahead and get started on the parts he could wash until my daughter got there to unlock the gate. My daughter got there, asked areas of the home were still as filthy as before. He got irate when asked to re-do and went off saying he was the owner of the company and that's the way he has always done it. Well he was upset because he didn't like the way things were going. Because I was asking questions about the job, they took that as being argumentative. They said they are not going to argue and left. If they had done it right, then they would not be defensive about the work.

The person did an outstanding door. Cleaned up after washing. Let me know the gutters may not come completely clean but they look great.
