The crew was professional and made sure no plants were harmed. The front walk and driveway were done as well and it looks great!

There was a lot of streaks and dirty spots left after pressure washing. But they called and ask to make things right. They came immediately and touched up. The house looks great.

It was good, they did a really good job. It was easy to schedule, they came out when they said they were going to. The technician was very polite and professional. It was a good company and I would probably use them again.

Not particularly impress. Dried water droplets on outside of window—not squeegeed. Cleanliness of windows did not seem much improved.

Very well, the technician worked in the rain. The technician was personable. She explained the extra cost for the additional Windows.

Windows weren't clean. Charged for inside and out when the offer was for both. They did refund the extra charge, but the windows weren't clean.

She was able to clean some of my windows but since some were different types, such as the one in my dining, she couldn't clean those. One other window kept falling out so we had to work together to put it back in place. For the windows, that she could do, she did good work! She was very nice woman but I thought that she should be able to clean all types of windows.

Despite being a cold December day, the whole crew was very professional and friendly. I appreciated very much that they empower the employees to make decisions and pricing individually instead of having to say "well let me call the office and I'll get back to you." The work was done quickly and thoroughly, very pleased with the job.

I made a Big Deal purchase with them. He showed up when he was supposed to show up. He did the job. Everything was good. I would absolutely use them again. He was fine.

Everything looked good but the house was still wet. After drying there were areas that was missed and brown stains runs coming down from our shutters.

Once appointment was made, I was reminded a couple of times of the appointment. On the day of the service, I was notified when they were en-route. Crew arrived on time and finished promptly. Will hire again.

I paid for an Angies list promotion and chose to call to set up an appointment. All aspects of the service from the phone call to set up the appointment, the punctual arrival of the technicians, explaining the process, answering my questions up front and at the end, and the payment process were done professionally and knowledgably. I was very pleased and would highly recommend this company. I would use them again...even at full price.

There was an additional charge to the $49 Big Deal cost because we had them do an additional 10 windows. The workers were polite and they cleaned up after themselves.

For the most part, things went well. The only problem is that the worker left both backyard gates open & my dogs got out.
