Parker's Pressure Washing

Fantastic job! They were able to perform the service without me being there. When I got home and inspected the house, it was completely clean! In addition, they didn't leave any mess or disrupt anything at my house.

I bought a Groupon for 10 exterior windows. They called to say they'd be 15 minutes later than planned - great system for communicating also sent me reminders about my appointment. Nancy, the phone rep, was responsive and friendly. The owner and a helper cleaned my windows. They use a filtered water system; windows are sparkling. I plan to use them for washing my house and pressure washing the concrete. Definitely will hire again.

They pressure washed the house twice. The first time they left the house badly streaked. I called to report that, and was told they would return in two weeks, so I left the house. They returned while I was gone. They washed the house a second time but did not redo the entire house. The back of the house, upper level is still streaked. If I was home I would have made them do a better job.

It was wonderful. They arrived on time and the house looks amazing.

As usual, Parker's Pressure did an excellent job on the house. They did they best they could on the deck, given build-up of ingrained debris. Workers were punctual and professional.

Went well, some issues with scheduling and arrival time, I planned to meet them at the house (was at work) but they arrived early and completed the job very quickly (scheduled to be at 12:00pm, were done at 12:15pm). So I did not get to meet them or question their work, but it looks like they did a good job. Smelled a lot of bleach, I am not planning on re-painting so I hope this was OK.

Did a good job on our house but they should have rolled the carpet on our deck back or asked us to because they got bleach all over it. Now we have a half bleached carpet on our deck.

Everything went well and as planned. The office contact was nice to work with. The company owner came to look over the house before scheduling. Our house size was bigger than the offer details we picked so there was a small upcharge. We talked about roof cleaning as we had dark spots and moss on our roof. Our soffits were dirty. We agreed on the scope of work and price ahead of time on the "pre-visit". Communication was effective. One person performed the exterior pressure washing. A crew joined to clean the roof. Everything looks fantastic after the cleaning.

Looked ok when they left and house was wet, but when it dried out many areas missed.

Went well. Made a huge difference. The only negative is the chemical they used to bleach the house did affect the foundation plants even though they said it wouldn't.

Very disappointing. After purchase of the deal, I contacted the vendor to schedule a date for the work to be performed. After more than a week, I received a call in regards to schedule the work. I was told that he had personal responsibility and the reason he did not respond to my call in appropriate time. In any case, he scheduled a date of work after 30 days or more, with the notion that they are to busy for any sooner date. Having no option, I have agreed for that date. During the conversation I noted that our house is greater than 2000 sqf and do they see any problems. I was informed that there is no problem and that it is not unusual where they would power wash a home only the back and side of the house for a total of 2000. If we would be interested for the other parts of the home, there would be extra charge. I agreed on that notion and a date was scheduled. After several weeks they arrived at our home and I received a call and informing me that the cost would be $650.00, instead the $130 of the service purchased. I noted that I have purchased for 2000 sqf of power washing and would expect to complete that work, since I have paid up front for this service. Moreover, I need to wait greater than a month just for them to arrive to complete the work. The individual that I spoke with, was unprofessional, rude and uncaring what I had to say. It is clear that these guys are individuals trying to lure in new business and than trying to take advantage of the homeowner. I am not certain as to how or why Angie list would have such vendors in their portfolio and advertise. Angie list definitely needs to upgrade their screening process of vendors.

Crew arrived early, set up, and moved a heavy table without permission, then left after the work was completed . Heavy stone table left in yard to my surprise since I didn't request the move. Gate also left open.

Very good job. A few dirty streaks (from drips?), but house looks great.

It went well - the house is clean and they even washed my car!

The gutters are white again. The crew was even able to reach the second story gutters.
