Description of Work: Hasn't happened yet. I never had thistype service done prior to appt date, Oct. 2, 2015 when it was raining and NC Gov. had put all 100 NC counties on emergency alert because of hurricane. I thought he was not coming since I had not heard from him since we set the appt about2 wks prior,but he shows up in the soggy rain (had been raining days prior)and left me a phone msg that he had come by and that I would be charged $25 more because my house was about 100 sq ft. larger and a fee for not keeping the appt. I returned call to either reschedule or get a refund, but haven't heard back yet. Flustered. What am I to do? Total misunderstanding. Would like to resolve.
