Description of Work: Window washing, but this company does not serve Burlington. When I put my zip code in, however, the response was that they do serve Burlington so I paid for the service and had to go through a bit of trouble to get a refund when I learned they do not come to Burlington.

Description of Work: They cleaned 10 windows. It went okay, but the gentleman that came out was initially unaware of the Angie's List deal I had purchased, so I had to explain what work was to be done for the price that I had paid. Also, the screens were left off and the window sills were left uncleaned.
