Parker's Pressure Washing

We had to pay him additional because we had more windows. I got them because the windows on the second floor we couldn't do. He cleaned the windows fine but I mean the window frames I thought it was included. I must have been wrong because I thought that it said window frames included. He charged me $5 each additional window. I thought he was going to get up like on a ladder but he just stood down there and had this thing to spray on the windows. We could have done that ourselves.

Did a FABULOUS job. Mr. Parker has pro-level washing system on his specialized truck and he achieved the best results I've ever commissioned or seen. He takes his business very seriously. It's wonderful to deal with a professional who is determined to do an excellent job and knows his business. DEFINITELY will have him do additional work in the future. Only problem was, he ran an Angie's List special of which we partook and he was swamped with business, so it was not easy getting a hold of him or scheduling appt., some telephone tag, but we did finally get a good date and time, and he showed up a little early, and did a GREAT job-- to borrow a phrase of the late great Steve Jobs, Mr. Parker did an "insanely great" job.

Provider punctual and courteous. Met all expectations, and done in less than expected time.

Gary texted me before he arrived to tell me he was on the way. He got here a little earlier than expected. I went to the door and it was Gary from Parker's. I didn't expect him that early but it was okay. He was very professional and courteous. He was very friendly. He pointed out something about three of my windows that I didn't know and I appreciated it. While he was there I called the company where the windows were purchased. He told me the seal was broken on those three windows. He told me he used to sell windows and he was very informative. He did an excellent job cleaning the windows. The only thing I didn't like was he said they didn't clean the window seals. But he did get all the dirt out of the seals for me. I do think cleaning the window seals should be included in the price. Gary was very nice and I enjoyed talking to him. I am a people person and so is Gary. You have a good employee in Gary. Great asset.

It went extremely well. They alerted me when they were on their way. They were very professional and courteous. It was better than my expectations. They informed me that I had a bat and they informed me of the hornets.

They showed up when they said and did the job. We were not there at the time but they did a great job and we were very pleased.

iiI was very happy with their work

I had to make an appointment about 14 days in advance which surprised me; however, Parkers showed up as scheduled and did an exceptional job cleaning our concrete driveway and sidewalk. I wish the technician had done a better job cleaning up where the driveway meets the city street. There were standing puddles on each side of the apron which left a discoloration after the water evaporated. I was able to clean this off with a hose the next day as well as clean up the residue washed out into the road and into my neighbor's front lawn. Notwithstanding, the concrete looks great. Parker's exceeded my expectations in this regard.

I was not home when the work was done, but they did a good job. They did not put the sidewalk plants and bench back but I assume that was because it was not dry at the time.

Used a Big Deal for pressure washing of our house. They called the next day after purchase and set up a time two weeks later. They arrived at the time they said they would and took care of the entire house in a couple of hours. We had some tough spots that needed extra work but they took care of it without any issues.

THEY WERE VERY COURTEOUS AND ASKED PERTINENT QUESTIONS BEFORE STARTING. THEY ASKED THAT FURNITURE,ETC., BE REMOVED FROM AREA BEFORE THEY ARRIVE. I WOULD USE THEM AGAIN.

Everything went fine. When I scheduled the appointment, they were professional. .I could not be home when they came so they explained what they needed from me. I asked them about providing me a quote to do two additional areas. On the day of the service, they contacted me with the quote. They had time to complete one extra job and scheduled a time to come back. When I came home, I walked around the house. I was pleased with the care they took not to damage the bushes in the front and side of the house. The house looked good. The carport had a lot of mold prior to the washing and it looked very good. I spoke with them that evening to pay the difference for the extra job they did. The cost was reasonable. I will use them again.

I did utilize the big deal for home exterior washing or window cleaning. He was perfectly wonderful. He was straight 'A's. He did a really job. He left the area very well. They were really good.

House looks great. The team responded quickly and did a great job. . . especially on the back steps and porch. Would definitely use these guys again!
