I was able to schedule my appointment online to choose what time was most convenient for me. Our local Oxi Fresh office in Winston-Salem contacted me the day before to confirm. Kerry Price arrived on time and was very professional and got right to work. My carpets look amazing!! I've used lots of other companies in the past and have never been as pleased as I am with Oxi Fresh. Just a great experience all the way around. I will definitely use them again.
