Love this company! Jason Leonard was my contact person and he was awesome! Very professional, nice, and knows his stuff. The guys that came out to do my roof were very professional and did an awsome job! I would recommend Mid Atlantic Roofing Systems to anyone! You can't go wrong!

This was an excellent experience. Jon & Alana were incredible to work with. They handled the insurance company for us and all the details. We were expecting a huge snow storm and they got our roof done, just in the nick of time. I would 100% hire them again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing a big or small job. Jon Underwood has provided very detailed estimation/options and careful coordination throughout the entire project. The installation crew is very skillful and helpful. The finished new roof is of high quality and the interaction is very friendly.

I had wind damage from Hurricane Michael. Initially, my insurance company wanted to pay for half a roof. Jason Leonard was there for me every step of the way. He helped me get the insurance company to pay for the whole roof. I now have a better roof than when I started. Shingles are warrantied for 50 years too!

Mid -Atlantic did exactly what they promised, when the were supposed to. Paid attention to any details reviewed in advance, and executed thoroughly. Workers were neat. They honored all requests and cleaned up thoroughly.

John was awesome to work with. He took the time to explain specific things that were necessary to replace my roof. Then, we realized that there was more to do with the gutters. The roof was completed, and I couldn't be happier. Now, we are on to getting the gutters taken care of. TY John and team!

In October 2017 an EF2 tornado damaged every roof in my neighborhood except one. Mid Atlantic had a representative here very promptly inspecting roofs and preparing quotes. He even helped me put in a new window and replace some siding. I chose them to replace my roof and was not disappointed with any part of the whole process. I highly recommend them.

Everything went very well. Very responsive, friendly, professional, and completed work in a very timely manner.

The process was a breeze. The hardest part of the process was picking out the color of the shingles. First the company called in a claim on my behalf to my insurance company. The most important part of the process was letting them know when my adjuster's appointment was going to be. When I found out I let them know and they had someone present at my home representing me when the insurance adjuster came out. A couple days later I was notified by my insurance company that they were going to pay to have the ENTIRE roof replaced. This saved me approximately $14,000.00. Once we picked out the color of shingles we wanted it was no time before our roof was being replaced. The crew showed up on time and was very polite, asked questions and notified us of what they would be doing that day. When the roof was complete they were very thorough in their clean up of my property. Would recommend this company to anyone who needed a roof replaced. They really care about their customers. Thanks guys for everything you did.

They handled everything & kept us informed & updated throughout entire process. First, they inspected our roof, filed insurance claim w/for us, met w/ our insurance adjuster. Roof was covered & paid for through our insurance. Woo hoo! $9800.00 we would've had to pay for a new roof had they not helped us through this process. They provided a detailed agreement of all work we wanted, picked out colors gave deposit & roof was installed the following week. Thank you John
