+ -1 moreThey guy comes off really nice and trustworthy at first. But, boy were we wrong! He was rarely at our house to supervise the subcontractors. We had to point out shoddy work to him. He left the place a complete mess all the time. We had to go to the jobsite and clean up ourselves. Two weeks before we were to close on our house, he tells us we owe $20,000 more. We asked him why he didn't tell us when we continuously asked him how we were looking as far as our budget went. He replied,"I felt you really didn't want to know." This was truly the worst experience of our lives. He took the joy out of building our dream house and took our extra money, too.
