+ -1 moreAfter the first big driving rain the leak in the corner was worse than ever. Mr. Locklear said that he had not been shown the corner that was leaking. The roof needed to be replaced to be sure everything was dry. His quote was a higher than the other roofer we went with. Had it been the same or even less, we had lost confidence in his work. His year's guarantee was worthless.
Description of Work: Mr. Locklear was hired to fix leaks in our roof. According to my exwife, she especially pointed out a place in the corner of the living room where water was coming through the ceiling. Mr. Locklear gave us a year's guarantee on the work he was hired to do.

Description of Work: This company put a new roof on my father's house. The original roof did not have a ridge vent so they installed one.
