+ -1 moreWe called for an estimate and his was the most competitive. He charges $40 for our yard, and we have an average size lot, with a front yard, side yard, and fenced in back yard. He also does plugging and seeding, etc., as needed, and he is very competitive in that pricing too, but I cannot recall exactly how much that was. He helps keep our yard looking great, makes sure our dogs do not get out, and also has helped with other small projects, such as moving some furniture and hauling bulk items to Goodwill and or the dump--again very affordable! We feel lucky to have found someone trustworthy, who is willing to help and affordable!!
Description of Work: We needed someone to help us keep our yard mowed, so we had Kirk come out. His estimate was the most competitive, ($40) and we are not as nit picky as some people about our yard. We want the grass mowed, and edged...but we did not need a super expensive lawn care service as much as we needed our yard mowed on a regular basis. Kirk does a good job. Very dependable, punctual and fast. We pay him monthly, but he mows as needed. He works with us on making sure our 3 dogs don't get out of the fence, and keeps the yard looking good. Since then, he has also plugged our yard, and seeded our yard and helped with some other small projects. We also discovered that Kirk will help haul small objects off to Goodwill or the dump for a very small fee as well. He can help with moving furniture, etc. Overall, he Kirk does a good job, and we appreciate the good job he does, in addition to the fact that he has very fair pricing.
