The completed the job in 3 days. The only hitch was that in the process of grinding the stumps, a chunk of wood hit one of my windows and broke it. They were very responsive and removed the cost of the replacement window from the cost of their job, and even offered to take care of getting someone to do it themselves. Managed to otherwise take two enormous trees out of my front lawn without any damage to surrounding structures, power lines, homes, etc in a timely fashion.

Ken showed up on time with a crew at least 5. They did an excellent job and cleaned up very well afterwards. Everyone was polite and professional. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.

I found Ken's Tree Service on Angie's List and liked the reviews. When we called Ken one morning and he came out immediately to survey the tree and to give us an estimate. He said he would be out the next day, but the job he was on did not take as long as he thought and he and his crew arrived that afternoon. It was a family operation and they were very professional and friendly. They brought the tree down, ground the branches, and hauled all the debris away. We asked for an estimate to do some additional brush and log clearing in an empty lot and hired the sons to come back for that task the next day.

I called Ken one evening and he arrived at the house the very next morning. He performed the work promptly, being careful not to injure any of the other trees near the problem tree. He sectioned the tree and left it in the woods, per my instructions. He was also able to have a look at other trees on the property and give me some advice on their condition.

I thought their estimate was very reasonable in cost. My husband could not reach the areas on the holly bushes safely to trim, and they were reaching the 2 story bedroom window. Ken and his associates were friendly and professional in their work. On the day they were to be here, they were finishing up another job, and called me to let me know when they were coming. They listened to what I wanted and trimmed a little at first to be sure the height was what I wanted. I had 2 evergreens on the front and they trimmed those as well. After the work Ken asked me to look over what they had done, and trimmed a little more where I wanted him to. They cleaned up the limbs, and leaves from the trimming. I highly recommend this company and would use them again in the future. I am glad I found them on your list.

The team arrived a few minutes late, but called to inform. They were quick, professional and cleaned up after the removal. Would highly recommend them to anyone. We added more work after we received their quote. It increased the price $200. This amount was a fair bargin.

THEY ARE VERY REASONABLE AND RELIABLE. HE BRINGS ALL OF HIS OWN EQUIPMENT AND GRINDS EVERYTHING UP AND HAULS IT AWAY. HE NEVER LEAVES A MESS IN OUR YARD.
