Hauled away huge amt of junk. Filled the truck. Cliff and his partner work really hard, and can pack an amazing amount of junk on the truck. Punctual and polite. This is my third time using them, and will hire them again.

The guys arrived in their confirmed window of time. Gilbert was professional, helpful and talked me through the entire process. In fact, he found I had a gate problem and offered to fix it while he was there. Good guys, great service.

They showed up on time and did the job. They called ahead to confirm the appointment. I thought the price was a little high for the service, but they helped me move a large heavy item I couldn't move by myself, so I'm satisfied.

Provider should up at the appointed time and took all the junk the that I had pre-arranged for him to pick up. They did the work for the agreed on price. They were fast, friendly, and professional. No complaints...would easily use their services in the future.

Have a rental property where the renters trashed the place. Wound up with a huge pile of trash after cleaning everything out with no big trash service in Climax. called Junk King. Cost a lot less than I thought for such a big pile of garbage. Considering that I didn't have to get my own truck and how much they charge to dump a load at the landfill it was a bargain. They showed up early, worked fast, were very pleasant and professional and did a thorough job. I would use them again without hesitation.

My husband and I recently bought a fore closed home at action. Never being inside before, we had no idea what we were getting ourselves into. There was junk and trash EVERYWHERE! Junk King respond within a few hours of my panicked phone call. Their rep, Penny, came out to explain things as the guys got started. I could tell she sympathized with our headache. Two truck loads later, our new home with junk free. We also had a random cement slab in our backyard they helped us with. My husband mentioned it being a safety concern for our kids, and they offered to take care of it at no additional charge. I would recommend Junk King to anyone. They really came through for us.

I have used this company and referred them to friends and family and have always received great customer service! They are prompt, efficient and their prices are extremely reasonable. I would recommend Junk King and will definitely use their services in the future.

From their website they stress being "greenest junk removal service". They talk about sorting and recycling 80% of what they get. That is so far from the truth. They threw the items into the truck - I could hear items that could easily have been used by Goodwill breaking. All they did was drive my stuff to the dump and add to the land fill - I asked where they were taking it and that's what I was told - then the driver bragged to their co-workers on how little he had to pay for the load. If I had known that I would had taken a different approach to the project - Goodwill, yard sale, etc. They screwed up the first appointment - it was scheduled for 3 hours from 8 to 11 and they showed up at 11 and said they only had an hour on the schedule. The 2nd appointment I was told they would be there between 8 and 9. They showed at 11 blaming it on a 40 minute delay because of an accident (doesn't add up). While at my house, I would walk into the room they were in to check on progress and find they were talking about me.

The woman who came was very friendly and did a great job removing everything she could carry in this load. I'm planning to rehire her for the remainder of the junk that's still out there.
