Someone was out the same day I contacted and provided a quote. The work was completed about a week later. I had previously had a hard time getting other companies to come out since it was a small job. I was grateful that Jacob's Ladder was so responsive and willing to do the work. I would definitely recommend!

I contacted the company for an estimate and they were able to come out the same day to look at my roof. He said he would come back the next day to repair. The next day it looked like they had completed some work, although I was not there until they had finished. I paid him $600. He said if the roof was still leaking after this he would come back free of charge. He guaranteed his work. Well after the next heavy rain I still noticed a leak in the exact same spot. I called him (ad in phone book says 24 hour service) and left a message. Didn't hear back so I called again 2 days later. Whoever answered the phone said the owner was out of town and would call me back in 2 days. Never got a call so I called again and left a message. The owner's brother called me and said they would be by over the weekend. No one ever came by or called. Since then I have called several more times and have not been able to get a hold of anyone and no one has returned my messages.
