The designers assisting me with my cabinet choices behaved as if I knew exactly what I was doing, I didn't. Had I, I would have done everything myself. The cabinets have soft edges and any little bump either leaves a mark or exposes the particle board (particle board!) a bit more. The cabinets are too high and I am only able to easily access the first shelf. Do I blame Home Depot for this? No, but a little give and take, an exchange of information, would have been nice. Had I known exactly what the final results would be, I would have chosen differently. I was under the mistaken impression that that (information) was a part of their function. The installer was terrible. I have one floor cabinet that is not attached to the wall. When it first came off the wall, my granite had just been installed. The installer was leaning his hand on top of the cabinet and the whole cabinet, granite top and all, toppled over. It did not fall all the way to the floor, the granite guy caught it, but could not stay in place. I called Home Depot and it took two days to reach someone who could help. The manager didn't believe me, actually said, "If it were true..." After that, things went downhill. Several days later they had the guy out to repair the cabinet but it didn't work. It disconnected again fairly soon after his so-called repair. It stays in place, I think, due to the glue holding the granite to the wall. At least, it stays mostly put but does twist back and forth under the granite. You can see how it shifts by looking to the side and seeing part of the cabinet not meant to be exposed, the particle board. Looking at the cabinet from the front highlights just how crooked it is, too. I haven't bothered calling back; it is obvious to me that they cannot be trusted to do the work properly and more importantly, to care that the work is done properly. And I am stuck with cabinets that can't be trusted as safe and secure. Several of the cabinet doors have never been straight. Drives me crazy to see my cabinet doors crooked. Last time I asked, I was told the doors all do that over time, ignoring the fact that my request had come several times. I truly regret using Home Depot for my cabinets. Ultimately, the cabinets cost me a fortune, and my once in a lifetime chance to have the kitchen of my dreams died. Dramatic? Perhaps, but true nonetheless. If you want quality, you cannot trust Home Depot to deliver it unless you have far greater sums of money than I spent. Perhaps not even then. ***Date of service is approximate.

They did a fabulous job and were very responsive. It was very reasonably priced for all the work that was done. Three men came out and they were very professional and they cleaned up after themselves. There is an advantage to using Home Depot because they stand behind their vendors. If a service man doesn't do the job they were supposed to then Home Depot will follow up and make everything right. I was very impressed with the speed and quality of their work; they were done with everything within a day.

Everything was great. The equipment was easy to use and the customer service was good and the price was reasonable.

I thought it was pretty expensive. It was fine. We had no problem with the equipment. It was well-serviced. We did not have any problem using it. The personnel was nice and helpful telling us how to use it and everything. It was just that it was pricey. At that time, we needed one and we did not have any time to shop around. I think that is a lot for just using the tiller for just a few hours. I will probably use them again because they are convenient.

Home Depot is always a pleasure to deal with in my area to be quite frank. Their cabinet ordering is as good as everything else there. It is very good. The sales team is great. They order your custom cabinets. They take about six to eight weeks to arrive and they look very nice.

Home Depot has great appliances but the contractor that did the installation was not respectful at all. He came in with mud all on his boots and did not cover them up or wipe his feet. I was happy with the work and the disposal works great but I would recommend they hire new contractors to do the installations.

THIS COMPANY TREATED US VERY GOOD. THERE WERE NO PROBLEMS IN THE INSTALLATION OF THE CARPET. THEY DID A GOOD PROFESSIONAL JOB AND WE WERE SATISFIED WITH EVERYTHING.

THEY DO USE PRIVATE CONTRACTORS TO DO THESE TYPES OF SERVICES. BUT THEY DO A VERY GOOD JOB. WE NEVER HAD ANY PROBLEMS WITH THEM. THEY WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL.

THEY DID A BEAUTIFUL JOB OF KEEPING THE CARPET WARP GOING THE SAME WAY ALL OF THE TIME. THEY WERE WITHIN THEIR ESTIMATE OF COST AND AS TO HOW LONG IT WOULD TAKE.

HOME DEPOT DID A GREAT JOB ON MY DOORS. THE PEOPLE WERE REALLY NICE, THE SERVICE THEY PROVIDED WAS GREAT, AND THEY WERE ABLE TO GET THE JOB DONE REALLY QUICK.

HOME DEPOT SENT A GUY WHO DID A HORRIBLE JOB ON MY FLOOR. IT SEEMED LIKE THEY DIDN'T KNOW WHAT THEY WERE DOING AND THEY WERE VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND WERE NOT ON TIME. THEY ALSO CHARGED WAY TOO MUCH FOR THE TYPE OF WORK THEY PERFORMED.
