He did a very good job, him and his son were very personable and professional.

I took advantage of a Big Deal offer for 3 hours of handyman services for $99.00. The price was very reasonable for two small jobs that I had been wanting to take care of the past year. Sylvester Robinson accomplished both the installation of the storm window and the wall repairs in the 3 hour time frame. He was personable, efficient, and did quality repairs. I would recommend him to others for handyman services.

Mr. Robinson was a bit late, but called me to say that he had taken a wrong turn so not a big deal. He was there approximately 30 minutes after the appointment time. He and his son were very polite and courteous, and got right to work. The process took approximately 4 hours. The vinyl siding does look streaked from the solution he used. The Angie's List coupon deal stated that services covered were house pressure-washing and window washing. The window washing consisted of spraying the windows as he was washing the house. When I showed him a particular window that was still very dirty, he used his hand to clean some of the dirt off. The windows are still dirty. When he completed the job, he told me that I owed him $40 for supplies. I re-checked the coupon and internet and did not see anywhere where supplies were an additional cost. I did pay him the $40, but don't feel good about it.

Overall we were very pleased with Sylvester and his son. They are very friendly and were very skilled. We hired them through Angie's List Best Deal program. I would hire them again for handman services.

It was time to get the house pressure washed and some rust on the outside of my house taken care of after ignoring the problems for a bit. From the moment I called to set up an appointment the gentleman was prompt in responding to my phone calls and showed up in a timely manner. The work was completed as quickly as the heat allowed as it apparently was so hot that the pressure washing chemicals before getting completely down the three stories to the ground. In addition the heat slowed the painting down as well. In all it was a good experience and the price was right in the range I had expected before calling and setting up an appointment. This is a company worth using.

We had bought a Big Deal for him. We had tried to contact him for a week and Angie's List needed to contact him to get in touch with us. After that, it still took him four days to get in contact with us. He did not not seem well prepared when he showed up and he had no tools. He wanted to pry something off the wall with our kitchen knife! He did get the fan to work, but he could not get the wall sconce to work. He was here for about an hour and a half and then he just told us he was done and left, even though we had more things for him to do and he had only stayed for half of the Big Deal time.

Mr. Robinson arrived with his son at 10 am as scheduled. We discussed what was to be done. Since I had received a special coupon price for the work I assumed I would just get the siding cleaned as stated in the email ad. I asked about the garage and the roof moss problem and Sylvester said we could get to that later. They started in immediately and worked until 7:45 pm. They not only cleaned the siding but did the woodwork on the front wrap around porch and the rear porch. They cleaned the front wood steps to the point where they are ready to coat with preservatives and paint. Without further discussion they cleaned the detached garage walls and cleaned the roof of the moss/mildew growth. I certainly received more than I bargained for. Sylvester is a hard worker and takes the quality of his work seriously. It also deserves mention that they worked over 9 hours in 90+ degree weather. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mr. Robinson's handyman services.

The company was very professional and thorough. He went above and beyond. He took his time pressure washing the house and even did the proches. He repaired my gutter. He was a very nice person. I just can't say enough about him. My overall experience with this company exceeded my expectations.

He and his son were very pleasant, friendly, and professional, and did a really excellent job. They really went the extra mile to make sure the deck and especially the railings were as clean as possible. It took a lot of extra time and , but they didn't charge us any more than the original estimate. I was very impressed! Everything looks brand new now. I would be happy to use them again in the future and would highly recommend them to anyone wanting this kind of work done.

I would recommend them. I paid $650 but that didn’t include the staining. I plan to use them again in the future.

It looks like they didn't rinse off the solution properly but it is very obvious once everything dried that something was not done right. You can see the contrast of irregular dark and light contrast and looks streaky. I asked if the checicals being used would affect my grass in any way and he confirmed that it would not hurt the grass at all. I take pride in my lawn and always have and now there are patches of brown, dead grass and now a large yellow spot. I feel the price was a bit high for the size of the house. They should have also included in the Big Deal that the deck and car port area of the home were not included as they said these were not included and would be an additional cost to pressure wash them.

We were extremely pleased with everything about Sylvester and his son. Not only are they very friendly and pleasant to talk to, the quality of their work was excellent. They were very punctual, and unlike some people we've dealt with, they were in no hurry to leave. Their main concern was doing a good job. They went above and beyond what was expected, and as a result we felt that they deserved more than the agreed upon price.

Everything was good. He was here when he said he would be here. I think he did a very good job and he took care of what I needed him to take care of.

They are wonderful. You call them, they come over, they check to see what needs to be done, and they come and do it. Their prices are good. The people that work there are really good so I have no problems whatsoever. I enjoy calling them and using them.

Everything turned out pretty good. I picked the wrong color that I'm not satisfied with but he did a very good job. He does pretty good work and he is a personable guy. I also find him to be timely.

It was fine. Nothing was extraordinary.

We often do the interior painting of our home ourselves. This time we suddenly realized we could use a professional and it needed to happen quickly. We have several remodeling projects taking place at our home and tried to do the painting of our master bath after the remodeling had been done. We removed wallpaper, sanded and started to realized we wanted an experienced person to help. We contacted several companies and heard from Sylvester Robinson first. He was quick to respond and gave a quote we felt was very fair. He happen to have to time to work us in his schedule and the job was started that day. We were very pleased with the helpful and professional attitude he and his painter (David) showed us. The job looks great and there were lots of little holes to patch and tricky areas to paint around. I would use them again. Really nice people and super helpful and courteous.

He called me back and fixed it in a timely manner. He was nice and efficient. The job went well.

Sylvester was very punctual and professional. We are pleased with the results. He quoted a price that we thought was very reasonable and did the work in the heat of summer. We had neglected the deck for many years, but it looks great now.

Sylvester Robinson is punctual, professional and provided great service at a fair price. I would highly recommend Sylvester to anyone who needs a handyman to repair their home. He is a hard worker with a great attitude.

Sylvester Robinson came on two occasions to 1. repair a section of guttering and again 2. to install new pull-down attic steps. Sylvester was very professional, prompt and courteous. I think his prices were very competitive. My only negative is that he took much longer than he said to install the attic stairs. I also asked him to let me know if he needed me to put down dust covers. He never said anything and there was quite a mess when he was finished. But, messes can be cleaned up and nothing was damaged. The gutter repair took care of our problem. I would definitely hire this charming man again.

I called Sylvester to get a quote, very nice to speak to over the phone. He showed up on appointment day ahead of time. We did a walk though of the areas to be fixed/painted. We agreed on a price and start day, which was the next day. He thought the job would take 1 full day and patial second day. He arrived early, before 8am and finished just before dark. He did a very thorough and excellent job. He even fixed and painted some stuff that he saw as he was working in that area. It was great to have someone show up when he said he was, let you know how he would do the job, what materials he was going to use and how much time it would take and actually do what he said he was going to do ahead of schedule. He put in a long day and at the end of it I very pleased with the work done. I would have him back to do more work as needed.

Mr Sylvester was extremely professional. The quality of his work is top-notch. We are very pleased with the assembly of the TV stand and the installation of the headboard. We will definitely use him again for future handyman services!

The work was excellent. When they say they are going to be here, they are here on time. They are always prompt and responsive to our needs. We have a wall-mount TV in our bedroom and they came out to install a shelf underneath it. As always, they did an excellent job on that. We will definitely continue to use them. We had them out to give us an estimate on wallpaper removal and we decided to wait on the project since it will be more expensive than we expected and they were very kind and understanding with our decision. It is very comforting to know that anytime we call we are going to get good service from them.
