Description of Work: I decided to convert my loft area into an office. Needed to have the carpet cut and replaced with a commercial grade vinyl that looks like wood. The job was done professionally and it looks great. I am very pleased. What I liked about Mr. Maier was that he always called ahead of time and kept me abreast of his schedule. Looking down the road I have some other work for him lined up in my head.

Description of Work: I needed a new retaining wall built to replace the badly deteriorating existing wall. GM Enterprises managed and built the wall, and worked with me to locate and expose my septic tank so the wall would not cross over the septic tank. Clean up was good.

Description of Work: Painted a bedroom and also repaired and painted a ceiling where we had a leak from an upstairs bathroom.

Description of Work: Pressure wash deck, railings, steps and landing with chemicals. Apply two coats of semi-transparent stain.

Description of Work: This was a kitchen remodel. It included the removal of a standing oven and replacing with a gas cook top. Greg also removed the microwave and installed and extensive chimney that runs straight up through our roof, approximately 25 feet. The job was done with skill and care. He tiled our backsplash and made room for and installed a trash compactor which was a custom installation . Greg repaired and replaced damaged drywall . He mudded Sheetrock with great skill and corrected many flaws in the walls and ceilings of our home. I know there was so much more to this job and each element went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Greg and will be using him again myself.

Description of Work: GM Enterprise Inc. sanded and painted the railings of the house. They also did a touch up paint on the exterior of the house.

Description of Work: HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE ESTIMATE YET. IT HAS BEEN TWO WEEKS. Called the man again and still have not received an estimate. I would not hire.

Description of Work: --trimmed two trees to remove branches overhanging the house and garage. --Pressure treated the decks and garage --removed and replaced wood planking on two decks --Painted finials and railing around three decks --painted the undersde of an overhanging balcony --painted trim and walls of the garage. --painted window trim on the sunroom overhanging a ravine.

Description of Work: I had purchased a bathroom sink, cabinets, and commode. GM Enterprises installed the furnishings which required some replumbing, some ceramic floor tile rearrangement, and some molding replacement. Some suggestions were made to simplify the installation.

Description of Work: I was in a pinch to get some rotted exterior windowsills repaired prior to having painting done. I was turned down by the first recommended person that I called, but he gave me Greg Maier's name and I remembered them from looking previously at Angie's list. Greg and his Dad came out within 48 hours, assessed the work and had it repaired a few days after this. Greg sent me an estimate by email within 24 hours. I was impressed by their professionalism and knowledge. The price seemed very fair although I didn't bother to get other estimates. They apparently do painting and other general repairs. I would definitely call them again.

Description of Work: When you hire GM Enterprise you hire a family. Greg is not the only member of the family that works. His father Carl is part of the crew. He comes in and spackles everything that needs repair and preps your home for Greg. Greg's mom Linda also works. She tapes your windows and woodwork with care and accuracy. After the prep work Greg began to paint the house. He also removed a 32 foot cornice and then repaired and painted the damaged wall. Greg also did some plumbing for us by changing a damaged seal. He replaced light switches and cut down a door that was too long to swing over a rug.
