My septic tank is not in the best location but Forsyth rooter team were great. Always on time. Done in December. Used them several times and will continue to use them.

Technician came out and ran a snake through the exterior sewer lines on the home, said there was a tampon clog and he got it cleared. Says Forsyth Rooter gives a 30 day guarantee on their services. 48 hours later the plumbing still isn’t working so he comes back out and does the same thing. I have to take off work time for this. Says now he got the rest of the “clog.” A week later the SAME thing is happening so I called again. Technician said if he has to come back out it’s an additional charge of the $187 I already paid for the services and if a camera needs to be ran it’s $300 more. Furthermore the technician says I “probably need a plumber” and what he was doing removing the clog may have “made things worse.” He goes on to say it could be something that we’re flushing down the toilet which I assure him again like I did the second time he had to come back that the only thing going down there is toilet paper Absolutely horrendous customer service not to mention the fact that the 30 day guarantee the technician went on and on about seems to be non-existent.

Work was done in timely fashion and 100% satisfied with it.

On time, friendly and informative. Located tank even though we didn’t know location and did the job quickly. Exceeded expectations!

Called on Monday made appointment for Wednesday. They told they would be out in the AM unless there was an emergency. They called us to let us know they were on the way. great job.. professional, knowledgeable, on time.. (punctuality and communication are important) We dug the hole to expose the lid to save $50.

Pumped out and cleaned filter, now works fine.

Got a quote on the phone and crew turned up the next day. Job involved a little more work than estimated but crew honored the quote and did outstanding work. Prompt and knowledgeable gave me info of their work, how the installation was done and gave suggestions to make the job easier next time. I had phoned several companies on Angie's list and few were interested in the job, or bothered to return my call. Would definitely recommend this company.

Forsyth Rooter Service arrived promptly when they said they would. They found the opening to our septic tank, removed the lid and the earth, pumped out our tank and checked for any problems, put the lid back on, returned the dirt on top, and they suggested a way of marking where the opening was in case we had to get our tank pumped out again. The guys were very polite, friendly, and professional. The work did not take them long and it was pouring down rain as well! I will definitely be calling this company again.

I called Forsyth Rooter at 8:00 a.m. and the repairman was here about an hour later. He went right to work, cleaned my drain and went on his way. It was a very seamless, hassle free worth every penny since the kitchen was basically out of order since Tuesday. Initially, we called a company we have a contract with and was told they would come that day (Tuesday) but gave me no time. I waited 4 1/2 hours only to be called back and told that they had too many emergencies that day to handle my problem. I informed them that I would call someone else and I'm glad I called Forsyth Rooter.

Husband had noticed smell in toilets like "sweat". They came out, they cleaned the tank (and also had to deal with hard rock wet wipes that while it said we could flush with septic tank was NOT a good idea). They came out same day, on time, and were quick. Very professional and didn't tear up yard. Toilets smell good again! What I really liked is they told us as long as me and my husband live at our house and we don't put wet wipes down the toilet again, we should be able to go 10 years before needing it cleaned again. Didn't try to sell us what we don't need. I respect that.

NO MESS, NO FUSS, JUST PUT THE ROOTER IN THE KITCHEN UNDER THE SINK AND MOVED IT UNTIL IT REACHED THE BATHROOM AREA. HE ANSWERED ALL OF MY QUESTIONS AND AVE SOME PRACTICAL ADVISE.

Discovered this morning that two toilets were stopped up. Called at 7:30 AM, plumber arrived on time, had everything fixed within 30 minutes. Will definitely use again.

I was very happy with their service. They did the job quickly and got everything flowing smoothly again. The previous plumber put in a clean out valve, so it made it easy for the guys to do a clean out. I will continue to use this company in the future.

Kitchen drain (with disposal) was plugged (kids?). Tried the home remedies; even tried a snake from the local hardware store. No luck. Found this company on Angie's List. Came promptly on a Saturday, with a commercial grade snake. Took about a half hour to clear.

Forsyth Rooter Service gave me all the information that I needed. They did extra things without extra cost. The price was excellent for the work they did. I am very pleased with them.
