house cleaning
 + -1 moreI think her service is wonderful and I love her willingness to please. If I ever had to complain, not that I have, she would fix it right away with no questions asked. Her rates are very reasonable as well. I pay her per visit.
Description of Work: A woman from Domestic's Cleaning Services comes out to my home every two weeks and cleans my entire 2,800 square foot home from top to bottom including the windows.

 + -1 moreThe first five cleanings were excellent; however, after that the crews were changed weekly and we expressed our concerns to the owner about the lack of consistency in personnel and cleaning. Despite calls to the owner, the service became worse. We spoke with the owner about the poor service of the cleaning crews sent to our house including bathrooms not cleaned, floors not vacuumed and swept, beds not made, windows not cleaned, etc. On another occasion, members of the service crew removed personal items from the trash while inside the house and a complaint was filed with the owner. We indicated to the owner several times that we would not pay for the poor service by the company. After several attempts to reconcile the problem, we cancelled service with the company due to the aforementioned issued. We have requested but have not received a revised bill to reflect the adjustments.
Description of Work: We hired Domestic Cleaning Services after our previous cleaning people moved to another state. Initially, the owner of the company came to our house and provided a comprehensive assessment of what the weekly job would entail and what areas needed improvement - based on the previous cleaning crew. The agreement was to clean the main floor, second floor and basement including bathrooms and kitchen, change bed linens, etc.

 + -1 moreTHEY GOT ALL THE TILE VERY CLEAN AND IT LOOKS VERY SHINY AND NEW AGAIN. THE WORKERS WERE NICE AND WORKED VERY HARD. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
Description of Work: THEY CAME IN AND CLEANED MY KITCHEN AND BATHROOM TILE.
