Initially they started off being almost overly responsive. When it came time to do the job, they sent me a lengthy contract, demanding a CC on file (w/no expiration) attorney charges, and 10% down. ON AN $85 JOB? Un real, unprofessional, and they wasted A LOT OF MY TIME!

I hired decent guys to clean the coil of my fridge. Staff Darrell was extremely sloppy, his hands were shaking & he bought a trailer at my property without consulting me first. He was NOT wearing a mask. He also had the audacity to NOT wear the mask I offered him. He banged my fridge carelessly on the floor & broke the water pipe. Decent Guys refused to fix it & Chief Officer Alex Dummit called me abusive because I narrated what happened at my place via email. This is how badly they treated a disabled, immigrant client. I do NOT recommend this business.

We here at Decent Guys always go out of our way to ensure customer satisfaction. It is in our policies to be as Covid-19 safe as possible with wearing a mask on client property as being a major of these policies. Your property was located in an apartment complex with plenty of room for parking and to our understanding at that time had other trailers in the parking lot. I am sorry this was an issue, but it has never been an issue to bring a trailer to a job site. We provide many services so we do carry a trailer some days due to the scheduled work. The fridge had no damage even if it were to have been "carelessly banged" onto the floor. There was no damage to anything. The water tubing got unset from the fridge and was reset. We also offered to have two other handy workers to visit and rectify the situation since you didn't seem to be satisfied with the first. We attempted to discuss with you how we could make this situation right for you, but you insisted on being hostile towards us and our staff. As an end result of all of this you didn't pay for any services rendered. Hope you have a better day! Sorry you weren't satisfied. - Jeremy
