I thought they were very responsive. They were able to find parts for a sink that was built 70 years ago so I was still able to use it and not have to buy a new one. They were able to repair the sewer the same day.

Called Dease Plumbing at around 1:00 in the afternoon and they had a technician at my house in about an hour and a half. He took the time to really investigate the problem and find a solution. Didn't just clear the clog as others have done in the past, but realized that I needed a T connector with a valve. Very courteous and professional and the price was lower than expected.

Everything went great, they were able to fix the problem. He came when he said he would, and looked and assessed the problem and was able to fix it by offering us a few different options. He cleaned up after himself. After he had already arrived, I asked about checking for a couple other leaks. He recommended that we replace the dishwasher, rather than fixing it since he said that it wouldn't do any good to try and repair.

They came the first day to remove the old commode so that a new floor could be put down. They were on time,courteous and mindful about carrying in any dirt to keep my carpets clean. The second day they were the same and the results were great. They guaranteed their work and it all went very well

We had a situation where the washing machine hoses were stuck on the washing machine box faucets. We thought the fix would be simple; plumbers come in and work plumbing magic and remove the hoses. It wasn't. I contacted Dease via Angie's list on a Saturday and got a return call on Monday. Dease came out that day, thinking it may be a simple, easy fix; cut the hoses off or use a hot wrench. That didn't work. After evaluating the unusual situation; the team recommended we just replace the box. That way we could avoid pipe damage and flooding; flooding is bad. They explained the process and we scheduled an appointment for the box replacement. There was a delay because of the bad snow storm. Dease called me before the appointment to let me know they couldn't come because of the road conditions and we rescheduled. The team came right on time. They replaced the box with minimal damage to the dry wall and recommended another company for the drywall repair. I am pleased with the results. Everyone was professional, courteous and skilled. The price seemed reasonable. Many thanks to Michelle, Andy, Brian and the other two fellows whose name I did not catch (sorry guys!) for the great team work. I recommend Dease Plumbing and will call them again.

Fantastic response and repair work. I called the office in the morning and workers were on site within 2 hours. They quickly found the general area of the leak. They came up with a great repair solution that did not require digging up the entire yard; they bypassed the leak with new pipe to the main. They worked quickly, carefully, and respectfully in less than ideal conditions. (It was snowing.)

Showed up promptly. Knew what they were doing. Completed the job in 3 hours. Cleaned everything up. Very professional job. Would use them again. Not cheap but no one is.

I can not say enough good things about this company. In short, I was very impressed with their knowledge and expertise from my initial consultation. We then hit a little customer service snag - nothing out of the ordinary at all (regarding scheduling), but these guys went above and beyond-in a way I have never seen when they sensed I wasn't satisfied with how things were going. I was floored by their responsiveness and genuine concern for me as their customer. The job itself went great, was completed in less than expected time; and the crew here was very professional, courteous, and cleaned up the work area to leave it better than they found it. Dease Plumbing LLC does a really good job. They know what they are doing. They give you the right answers. They are professional and friendly. They are great people to work with. We were having problems with our water heater, the first company ignored it, they replaced on part and said that should fix it, we kept smelling gas. We called Dease because we heard a lot of really good things about them and they came out and found a leak in the hot water heater. They removed it and put in a hot water heater that was electric. They were much more thorough and seemed to have better trained people that worked for them.

Came early but called first which was great. Talked a lot but gave me a 30 min. break on the labor cost. Seemed to know what he was doing.

We hired Dease Plumbing to reconfigure our master bath, involving pretty much a gut job. Andy Dease came out twice to consult with us while we decided just what we wanted to do with this project, and he was very patient and helpful as we worked out a design. When work started, he brought in a carpenter and a tile guy. When the work was completed it was discovered that there was a problem with the shower pan installation. Andy checked it out - and this is what impressed me the most ? admitted that his crew should have installed it differently. He promptly got the other trades back out along with his crew and they fixed the problem with no haggling. Everything else about the project was done to perfection. They were here when scheduled and were careful to not make a mess as they came through the house. I am so impressed with the professionalism and honesty as well as the skill of Dease Plumbing.

The hot water heater replacement was thorough and efficient. The upstairs tub repair was more involved, but they perservered and the repair was accomplished. We knew going in that the tub repair might not be as straightforward as one would think. I was pleased in the end.

Mr. Dease responded to my house on time and performed the faucet replacement quickly and professionally. He was very knowledgeable, clean and made sure all of my questions were answered and I was satisfied with his work. I have always used Dease Plumbing for any plumbing related problem and have never had a bad experience.

This was the best experience I have ever had with a plummer. They returned my call immediately and sent someone out that day. The technician was professional and fixed the problem only after thoroughly explaining what he needed to do and approximately what it would cost. He worked quickly and was great.

Appointment was for 10a-noon. Tech arrived shortly after 10. Was able to narrow down approximate location and dug down 18 inches to supply line. He was able to make the repair with minimal disruption to the grass and landscaping. He was quick and efficient. He explained the procedure and various options. Entire process took about 1 1/2 hours

They came in, did their work quickly, and then headed out. The only downside I experienced was that they did not clean up after themselves and there was water and dirt all over the floor of the room they were working in.

There was a very slow leak in our exterior pipes. They located it and fixed it and our water bill and it is now $50.00 per month cheaper.

They are prompt, courteous and do the job right.

We have had problems with our dishwasher and were not sure if the problem was the dishwasher or the plumbing. The plumber came out the same day that we called. He was very professional and helpful. He actually came out and looked at the plumbing for free. He was able to show us that the problem was not the plumbing but the dishwasher and gave us recommendations about who to call about the dishwasher. He was prompt, friendly and professional. I will definitely call them with future plumbing needs.

I was referred to Dease Plumbing by a developer / builder. Andy and the staff went out of their way to accommodate my schedule. They correctly diagnosed an underground pipe issue after another "national" company misdiagnosed it and performed unnecessary work. Before repairing my sewage pipe, they referred me to another local company who were "the pros" at "jetting" the line. I was impressed with the referral company, too. I will use only Dease Plumbing in the future.

This was my first time working with a plumber, as I am a new homeowner. My toilet in my half bath leaked all over my carpet and into my kitchen. The young man who came to look at it was courteous, nice, and very responsive. He cleaned out my sewer system and had me on my way within an hour and a half.
