Had a delayed response and wasn't able to come out until a day or two later; we ended up having to hire a different company because we had a clogged drain. They were very courteous over the phone and did not promise anything they could not have achieved. They were very honest and I would use them in the future if needed.

We received wonderful service and have not had any problems since.

Had no water! Dease Plumbing responded immediately! Josh came as soon as he could (he was on another job in Mocksville and had to drive to Belews Creek) and had the job finished in less than an hour! Do not hesitate to call Dease ! I am a very happy customer!

I called in early September for a hot water heater bid (needed a new one along with installation). They guy they sent out was really nice and he said he wanted to check it out first in case it could be fixed (not what I had asked for but fine). He then said it could not be repaired in a way that made sense financially because of the age of the unit (I knew this - it was an 18-year-old unit). He then said the quote to replace was $2,200-$2,600. Now, we needed a more expensive hot water tank but they were charging $200/hour for labor and said it would take AT LEAST three hours and the tank would cost $1,800. I had no issue with the cost of the unit - $200/hour with a MINIMUM of three hours just didn't make sense. Also was told the bid may not even stay within that range and that they wouldn't know for sure until someone else came to the house. I called another provider on Angie's list and got a straight up bid over the phone without an hourly gouging. Paid $1,800 and it took 1.5 hours.

Josh was prompt, courteous and very professional. I was pleased with the work performed, the quality of the parts provided and would definitely recommend Dease Plumbing to others.

Called when promised. Arrived when promised. Was professional, polite and didn't waste any time getting right to the issues. Provided advise to avoid future issues and in no way tried to sell me what I didn't need. In fact told me to return the garbage disposal we had specially ordered. Was actually shocked by the cost and even my husband remarked that it was much lower than expected. Good people and I highly recommend them!

My pressure relief valve on my intake line started leaking. My tech josh called me when he was 30 minutes away and was quick in regards to fixing the leak. Replaced the pressure relief valve

Discovered a leak in my 23 year old existing hot water heater on Sunday afternoon, 8/3. After checking Angie's List the first - and in the end the only - contact I made was with Dease Plumbing to get pricing and a replacement schedule estimate. I used the Angie's List "Contact the Provider" email link to describe the problem and provide Dease with my info Sunday night. I also called first thing Monday, and was told by the very polite lady who answered that they were about to call me after reading the Angie's List message. Dease sent Josh out Monday afternoon to assess the situation and provide a quote. He called when he was on the way, arrived right on time, examined the old heater and the layout of the installation and laid out my options. He was very professional, answered all questions completely and honestly and never tried to leverage the situation to upsell unneeded services or products. Better yet, Dease pushed my replacement ahead of a few other jobs because, as Josh noted: "Dease considers both no water and no hot water as emergency situations". By then I was sold. I didn't even contact my 2nd and 3rd choices from Angie's. My hot water heater configuration is rather unusual - which I knew long before it failed - and so I was not surprised that Dease was not able to bring in a replacement until first thing Wednesday. In fact, I was TOTALLY surprised they were able to replace it exactly at all: Several other companies I approached about replacing this unit in past years had quoted me 5X the cost due to major structural changes they claimed had to be made to the house because they all said it could NOT be exactly replaced. Josh brought in the replacement heater first thing Wednesday morning as promised and very professionally removed the old and installed the new heater. He explained what he was doing as he worked, was very conscientious about both the integrity and the appearance of all the connections and the flanges, discussed operating points with me, and left the basement and outside work areas clean when he finished. I had hot water again before noon. I will definitely call Dease for my next plumbing problem!

Josh called before arriving and set the time and arrived on time. He proceeded to make the inspection by starting with the leak in the basement. He asked if i wanted him to begin the repair. After finishing the repair and generally cleaning up most of the expected debris he proceeded to finish the inspection of the rest of my plumbing. He was pleasant and professional and I felt I was well served by Josh and the company.

They came out when we needed them to and did what we asked. They didn’t try and sell us something we didn’t need.

Josh (the plumber who came to our home) was punctual and even called prior to the appointment to see if we could move it up. I was unable to, but I appreciated the communication. He came by and identified the problem as the previous home owner leaving the hose on their non-insulated (right term?) outdoor faucet causing it to freeze and spring leaks. He did the job in under an hour and even locked up after himself (and let me know he did so). He told me how to prevent the issue in the future and showed me the faucet just in case I was concerned about the issue he shared. I would definitely hire them again. The answering service was nice and punctual and so was the plumber. Great work!

I just bought a new home and found a pretty substantial leak in my basement coming from my main kitchen drain. I called Dease and they came out to give me an estimate within 30 mins of calling. They were out within a day or so to do the repair, and did a great job!

Service tech arrived right on schedule, evaluated leaking water heater to insure replacement was needed and then efficiently installed a replacement unit. Pleasant, tidy and informative. Had a second issue which he looked at and discussed over the phone with the service manager. Service manager came for a followup and pinpointed probable cause/solution. Well acquainted with historic properties (our house built 1913 with associated challenges). Will likely use Dease for a larger renovation project in near future. Cheaper is available, but I feel I received great service at a good value.

The service man arrived on time. He determined that the leak was due to the water line on the toilet valve coming apart. The fix took 2 minutes. I hated to spend that much money on a simple fix, but at least it wasn't something more serious.

The plumber was professional and friendly.

I contacted Dease the evening before by email and got a call the next morning. Josh came out the same day on schedule, gave me an estimate (which I accepted on the spot) and performed the work before he left. Great service!
