Very professional and fixed issue quickly

It went really well. The work was performed in a timely fashion and done right. I would use them again because of their prompt response and friendly service.

Work was done quickly. I was able to meet the plumber and leave him there to finish the job.

Everyone was really nice, professional and they were on time, however they are extremely high priced! They charged me $2,300 to replace my water heater. After looking up the one they replaced it with I can buy the exact same water heater all day long for $1k or less. I imagine their costs to purchase it are even much cheaper. When I questioned it with them I was told it was $1,800 in parts and $500 in labor? The only other part they used was an expansion tank and a flex gas line (less than $100 total). So basically they charged me $1,200 in labor which is ridiculous considering they were only here for approximately 2 hrs. In their defense they priced it upfront and did a nice job installing, but again WAY overpriced company. I should have done more research on pricing before calling, but I had water spilling out through my garage. Lesson learned...

I couldn't possibly be happier with the service provided by Deese Plumbing. Have you ever had someone charge you less than the initial quote? I have! Not to mention the fact that the Deese quote was hundreds less than the competition. Deese Plumbing made this repair a great experience, explaining what happened along the way and helped talk me through prevention method to avoid this problem coming up in the future. Lucky for me, I know have a plumber. I will without a doubt be bringing return business to Deese Plumbing.

All I can say is WOW! The personal service was amazing. Andy & Brian did a fantastic job removing, rebuilding, and reinstalling an antique sink. This involved fabricating parts and improvising replacement seals, as well as a great deal of special attention to a potentially fragile and expensive-to-replace historical piece. Their skill and professionalism was great, communication was impeccable. Will certainly call them again as (when) the need arises!

I purchased an $89 deal before talking with them. I waited for some time and had to reach out to them a few times to get a response. They were polite and apologized for the inconvenience. The gentleman that came out was very nice and helpful.

Excellent customer service. This is the second time I've used them for small jobs. Would not hesitate to use them for larger ones.

The provider showed up at the time I was told he would. He quickly and efficiently did what was required. He was very pleasant and cooperative.

Replaced outside faucet. Josh was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He removed his shoes when walking inside/outside which I was not expecting Josh replaced the outside faucet and did a very thorough job and afterwards, completely cleaned up any mess from cutting the drywall to get at the pipe. highly recommend!

It could not have been better, he was so knowledgeable and personable. It was a pleasure doing business with him. I also arraigned for him to put a new hot water heater in my house.

Responded promptly to a call for immediate help stopping a leak in the hose connecting ice maker to water line. The young man was professional but empathetic with my problem. He fixed the line as quickly as possible. He instructed how to stop the water if problem reoccurred. However, that particular hose did not satisfy my problem. I then called Dease Plumbing and the previous young man again came to my house as quickly as possible. He quickly accessed the problem and fixed it to my satisfaction. I will use Dease Plumbing for all my plumbing needs.

Dease Pluming rep. Jeff was very courteous, and he was professional in both appearance and competence. He was on time, and called early to advise he would arrive in about 10 minutes. He removed his shoes upon entering our home and was not rushed at any time. He explained the problem and how the unit turned itself off to prevent further damage. Dease Plumbing scheduler, Brian, was also very professional on the telephone in setting up the appointment as soon as possible to suit our schedule. The price was very reasonable. We will use this company in the future if we need any plumbing services. (This is the first time we have needed a plumber and had no established contact with a plumber or plumbing company. We have no family or social connection with Dease Plumbing or its employees.) Highly recommended.

They gave me an 8:30 am arrival time, he was there at 8:05 am. He was very friendly and I could tell right away he knew what he was doing. He told us the rate per hour and what also impressed me was he stayed at it until the job was done. He did a fantastic job, after he left you could not tell he was ever there. The price for what was done was very reasonable. I was so pleased with the quality of the work and his very friendly attitude that I asked for his card. They are now my go to plumbing company....a job very very well done.....

Scheduling process was great. Very professional. Plumber showed up on time, quickley found the problem and fixed it by replacing a portion of our drain pipe. He also found a 2nd leak, coming from my garbage disposal. He was honest enough to say that i could probably do the replacement of the disposal myself, instead of him doing it, to save some money. I was very thankful for him giving me the option to choose!

They came out and fixed it in one day. At first they thought the problem was a drain joint that fell apart when they sent the camera down but then when they dug into the foundation and saw no breakage they worked till they found the root cause. It was a major 40 plus year grease clog. They cleared my entire drainage line in my slab and repaired the slab foundation when they were done. While working there was major red clay and slab foundation debris all over the living room hole where they had to work. I was concerned my living room was ruined. But when they got done, all was clean and slab foundation was nicely repaired. They kept us up to date on what was going on and also told us how to simply prevent the problem in the future. Hot Water flushes. Didn't try to sell us products we didn't need or services we didn't need. One of the plumbers said he doesn't like to see home owners spend money they don't have to. Slab plumbing problems are not good ones to have due to expense and damage to the house. I totally trust this company with doing this type of work. They also "turn key" priced the job for me, partnering with flooring folks to repair my tile floor instead of me having to go find someone to do that for me. They have become my plumber whenever I need one.

I got a quick response from Dease Plumbing. They told me that they hadn't been doing drain cleanings for some time, and provided me with a number for a company who would.

My pressure regulator valve was leaking in crawl space. I called on Thursday and they came out right on time Friday morning. The job went great and the plumber was top notch. He answered all my questions and was very friendly. I will definitely use Dease for any future plumbing problems I may have. A++++ Very satisfied. Thanks!

I first called Dease Plumbing in August 2014 to replace the toilet fill valves and flappers in two bathrooms and repair the kitchen faucet. Josh arrived on time and was very courteous,friendly and professional. He did everything I wanted done in a timely manner. The cost was less than I expected. I called Dease Plumbing again in December to work on the same kitchen faucet. Again Josh arrived on time and did what he could to fix the faucet. He advised me that due to the age of the faucet what he did might not last very long and I might have to replace the faucet at some time. He was honest and truthful about what he could do. The cost was again less than I expected. I will use Dease Plumbing again and recommend them for plumbing problems.
