Description of Work: They replaced the shower handle in the master bathroom since the old one was leaking. It could have been repaired, but they said there was possibility the existing equipment would break. They also put new washers in the bathroom sink & replaced the shower head in the main bathroom. I did not rate the price because I have no idea what the price should be.

Description of Work: They replaced my exterior faucet. The repair involved cutting a hole in the basement ceiling (sheet rock). I had the choice of leaving the hole and having someone repair the sheet rock or having Pease put a plastic access panel on it in case anything happened in the future. I chose the access panel and it's seriously _barely_ noticeable. I was very impressed. There was an extra charge for the access panel installation.

+ 0 moreWhen the gentleman came out to look at my toilet, he was able to complete the job quickly and efficiently. He did not charge me more than the service charge since he did not have to replace any parts. I mentioned the leak outside to him and after an hour of so, he was unable to locate it. He called his boss and they came out a couple of days later. They found the leak quickly and replaced the pipe for me. There was a bit of a mess left from the trench that was dug, but they were able to cover it completely and it was nor in the job order to replant grass. We were able to clean it up nicely ourselves.
Description of Work: They came out originally to service a toilet that had been backing up. They also replaced an exterior pipe that had a leak.
