Description of Work: As part of a walk-out basement remodel, Dease installed new plumbing for a new kitchenette. Nice.

Description of Work: The work was done quickly. Everything about this company was done right. In addition, the representative (I failed to get a name) took the time to answer all my questions, even some things that were unrelated to the actual problem. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Description of Work: They replaced a kitchen faucet, 2 bathroom faucets, and an outside faucet. Some rusted pipes were found when changing the kitchen faucet, so he replaced those also. He did an excellent job and I will definitely use them for future plumbing problems.

Description of Work: I used a deal for a plumbing inspection and water heater cleaning. The plumber said the water heater was self-cleaning (which I hadn't noticed) and it was more of a risk to clean it than not. So I didn't have that done. But he did the inspection thoroughly and assessed a couple problems with helpful tips. They will get a call for future plumbing work.

Description of Work: Repaired ruptured copper water line. Repairman was very conscientious...took several "tries" before repair was satisfactorily completed. (Not really repairman's fault.) Finally had to switch to a completely different method than the original. But repairman patiently "stuck with it" until repair was successfully completed.

At first we had some issues with how the job needed to be done and Andy Dease made sure the job it was done correctly and that we were satisfied. This was without doubt one of the best experiences I've had with a contractor and especially a plumber.
