Description of Work: Computer was completely locked. Had just renewed our antivirus protection which we had been using for years. Before renewing did a deep scan. Nothing. Removed the virus protection which was not compatible with our modem and added another virus protection. Said there was a virus the other protection did not remove. Could not get off of hold with the old virus protection company. Amazing, no idea where the virus originated?
