Services include fixing computers that won't boot, reinstalling operating systems, upgrading RAM or hard drive (solid state drive), replacing laptop LCD screens, setting up a home network (wired or Wi-Fi), fixing freezes or crashes, backing up data or migrating to a new computer, replacing laptop batteries, and much more. We have experience with QuickBooks and other business software. We also set up home electronics.

Tom was great! He knew how to fix my problem and showed me some shortcuts to using my Mac.
Description of Work: Upgraded Mac OS, Installed Parallels and Dragon so that I could dictate (Im not great with keyboard). Backed up my computer to an external drive.
