Jody and his crew were outstanding. Other Carpenters came to look at the job, and never sent an estimate, Jody was there when he said he would be and just did an incredible job. we are extremely happy with the outcome. I would highly recommend Colona Construction. Any work my wife and I need in the future to our home, we will be calling Jody and Colona Construction!

Of all the companies/individuals I've ever used for home repair, Colona Custom Construction had been, by far, the best in all aspects including, but not limited to, communication, quality of work, & punctuality. Leading up to the work to be completed, Jody was on top of responses to questions asked. During the work he would send images of any issues found, explained what he was seeing, & then provide a clear concise solution to solve the issue. I've never had this amount of communication with someone performing repairs to my home & I wish everyone would follow his example! The quality of work is exceptional & he made suggestions based on his experience & knowledge to improve the finished product ensuring it lasts for many years without issue. He even fixed what my roofers should have done to have a long lasting roof. His team always arrived within a few minutes of when he stated they would be there & on the rare occasion of being late, he sent a text with his arrival estimate. Once again, I wish everyone would be this way! I'll definitely be taking advantage of his services in the future for all of my home repair needs!

It went amazing. Colona custom construction answered my inquiries the next day and set up a time to come out and give me an estimate. They were on time and gave different estimates for more than one option on what could be done to enclose my screened in porch. I had a couple of other estimates. They were higher in cost, could not start until the end of the year, one would only give me an estimate over the phone, or they did not feel everything I requested could not be accomplished (or they didn’t want to do what I wanted) for this job. One of my big concerns was the others wanted so much money upfront, not just for materials, that I thought was a tuff request to accomplish the job. I contracted Colona Construction to do the job. They were out the next week to start. They always keep me in the loop on the time they were going to arrive, to weather concerns, and progress report each day. They completed the job in the time they quoted and at the price that was given. Their work was excellent and accomplished the job way above my the expectations I had for the way it turned out. Oh yes they didn’t request to be paid for the job until it was done (except for some materials). I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this team for your construction or repair needs.
