I purchased a Big Deal in the spring, shortly after we moved to a new house, and was contacted promptly by Ricky. He agreed to wait until the fall to carry out the project, giving me some time to consider just what I wanted. He stayed in contact with me and came by in late summer for a planning session. He had me go to the nursery and look at the stock. I told him what I thought I wanted and he suggested some changes for my situation. We wanted to do some prep work ourselves and he worked around our schedule. On the scheduled day he showed up promptly with plants, equipment and manpower. Shrubs are beautiful, trees are large. He got everything in the ground efficiently with no damage to the lawn. He gave me the chance to okay positions and directions of all the plantings. He also gave me lots of advice on other things I want to do myself as well as tips on caring for his work. We also had him edge plant beds as an added expense of $120 which I thought was very reasonable. He was a delight to converse with and was completely professional in hiswork. I will definitely call him for any future landscaping needs.

In the course of our conversation I learned that he has a degree in Horticulture. He started his business and has been running it since 1997. He has done just about everything related to landscaping including getting licensed and installing irrigation systems but he has chosen to stick to the landscaping Horticulture part that he loves. He told me what I needed to be sure to check for when it came to irrigation system configurations based on his experience and recommended a couple of companies he now uses for that and he recommended a landscaper closer by with a Horticulture degree and more experience than even himself in the industry. He was very helpful, professional, and friendly.

I am very happy with the job done by Carolina Creations. Rick, the owner, came to my house and spent a long time with me getting to know what I wanted. He is very well educated and knowledgeable about plants that do well in particular situations. He drew up a plan showing what he recommended and I am very happy with the results. The plants are large and healthy. He cleared out the overgrown bed, saving two of the salvageable perennials in pots for me, and also trimmed back an overgrown bush nearby at no charge. I definitely would use Carolina Creations again for any kind of landscaping work.

Ricky did an excellent job of arranging and planting selective beautiful bushes in an area that was mostly shady. The mulch that he brought in was beautiful rich mulch and he put at least several inches of it down for a really nice groundcover. All of his plants and products reflect quality and you could tell by watching that he was meticulous to get it just right. His small crew looked honest and decent and worked hard which made me feel better about their work. We have hired numerous landscape crews but this is the one we will call back. They were the most honest, reasonably priced and highest quality. I definitely recommend them!

Rick was responsive and completed the job on time and per quote. This despite the rain we had most of the week. He communicated well, and asked questions to make sure he knew exactly what I wanted done. I would recommend him, and definitely use him again for any landscaping needs.

Very, very pleased. Ricky and his assistant worked quickly and competently, with what I needed done. He also waited until I finished explaining what my goals were and how I was prioritizing the tasks for the day. All the things I hoped to have completed, were completed. As a fine bonus Ricky also made some knowledgeable suggestions as to what I might want to plant in the future, based on my recitation of recent past experiences with my yards and why these suggestions might work out and where they would work for an overall, cohesive plan.He seems to be deeply familiar with lansdcaping in general and with the needs of the area in particular. I'm feeling much more positive and excited about what can be accomplished at my home.

Did very good work tilling bare areas, reseeding and covering with straw.

I did this last week

We used this service to remove English and Poison Ivy from our backyard and then to landscape the front and back yards. Overall, the work was done well, although it took more time than expected. Ricky McIntyre was very responsive to our needs, but with several delays as mentioned. However, the final work was very good, and we were very satisfied with it.

Dependable good at what he does and also services other neighbors as well. Very trust worthy. Slight problem with timing.
