Two weeks went by and I had not received a quote nor even a phone call. Finally, I called this am. 04/29 at 9.34. He said he had sent email and confirmed the address he used. He had 'left out one letter'; therefore, I did not get it. I told him I thought he would at least do a follow-up call, when the email came back to him undeliverable. His reply was and quot;We normally do.and quot; Well, why did he not do it? He asked if I wanted him to resend it. I said yes and I want it today. Here it is nearly 2:00 pm and still no quote. I feel if he had really prepared me a quote in the first place, it would not take 3 hrs. to email it again. He hung up before I had a chance to request a copy of the email delivery failure. I will not use these people, nor reference them to anyone for their total lack of professionalism. Very disappointed. I marked price and quality as N/A because I never had a chance to see what this company could do for me.

I requested to be contacted to have my driveway paved. I gave my name, phone number and email address. The only contact I received after the request was an email telling me I would be contacted. To this date I have heard nothing and I am extremely disappointed especially since I came to Angie's List to gain reviews and this company failed to live up to the reviews they had.

Was prompt and courteous when provided estimate. The estimate was very detailed, but was much higher than others so i did not use.

I received a very detailed proposal which laid out the installation, listed options, and other and quot;notesand quot;. I was impressed by their professionalism. In the end, the price was higher than another reputable estimate. CACTX did not have the pattern that I really liked. (It would have been an additional $300 to get it.) I received two additional quotes and went with the company I felt most suited my needs.

I called and asked for an estimate. The same afternoon a representative came out and measured my drive. A formal, written estimate was emailed to me the next day. I paid a deposit of 50% and the rest after satisfactory completion of the job. The crew came out and completely prepared the drive. They applied two coats and did a 100% clean-up before leaving. The drive looks great.

AS FAR AS THE ROOF THEY DID A WONDERFUL JOB. THERE WAS A FEW PROBLEMS WITH THE DRIVE WAY BUT OVER THEY DID A PRETTY GOOD JOB AND THEY ARE A PRETTY GOOD SERVICE.
