+ 0 moreOverall, the experience was a very good one. Amber, who works in the office, was delightful to work with. The door is beautiful and I'm very pleased. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them for work in the future.
Description of Work: Remodeled the front door of the house. All the wood surrounding the front door (facade) had to be removed due to water damage and rot. I called Branchlin on a recommendation from my landscaping company. They sent someone out to look at the job, measure and make sketches. A day or 2 later I had a proposal along with a drawing of what the finished product would look like. At first the price was a little high. They reviewed the work, made some modifications and come back with a price that was acceptable. The work was completed as promised with only 1 issue - the doorbell no longer worked. After much investigation that included the owner coming out on a Saturday the problem was found and corrected.

+ -1 moreThey responded to my telephone inquiry the same day. They sent a service tech to make a bid within two days. The bid was a good price. They arrived when scheduled and completed the job. We were very pleased.
Description of Work: Much needed insulation improvements in basement, ceilings and walls in a home built in 1959.

+ -1 moreOne man came out and measured both the size of the attic and the depth of the insulation already in the attic, then a lady called a few days later and gave me a price and made an appointment to have insulation blown in. Two men came at the agreed time to blow the attic full of insulation. They were pleasant and did a good job. I also wanted insulation hung underneath my den floor which was a concrete floor that had no insulation. The men glued posts to the bottom (underneath side) of the den floor and came back a few days later to hang insulation underneath the floor. I have no complaints with the men or with their work.
Description of Work: they blew insulation into my attic to increase the depth from 5 inches to 14 inches and they glued posts underneath the cement floor in my den so they could come back later and hang insulation underneath the den floor.

+ -1 moreThey were good. Their price was the best we found for installing the insulation and the vapor barrier. I went down and looked at the work and it was acceptable. They did a good job. They were quick to respond. They scheduled the work within a couple days. They got in and out.
