Their service was great. They came when they said they would, did great work, and didn't try upsell us.

They have been here a couple of times and I thought that they did good work and were very knowledgeable in what they did. I spent probably $80 on that service. I think that they just did a good solid job. They met my expectations for what they were supposed to do and I thought that they were very professional.

He had to get a part but that was the only complication. Work was an emergency. It was same day. I am pleased and grateful.

Provided good counsel on best option to install. Compared prices with two others and they were all in line. Chose bodenheimer because of past experience - quality work and professional workers.

Each time, they have been extremely prompt and polite. Their service is quick and I have never had to call them twice for the same issue. The only caveat is that their minimum charge is high (which is normal for plumbers), so calling them for minor jobs can be pricey.

They came out next day and fixed it promptly, charged what they said they would. I had a similar problem a year earlier and had another plumber do it and it cost a third more.

After a pleasant estimate with one of their people I waited 2 weeks and never received the estimate. I called for 3 consecutive weeks to try to get some information regarding my job and the first 2 times I was directed to a voice mail and never received a call back. Finally the 3rd time I was able to get someone on the line after being very persistent. I feel at that point I was given a ridiculously high estimate just to get me to stop calling. I told them that if they did not want to perform the work then I would have rather them told me that then insult me with a price that was well over the next highest estimate. Nobody should ever do business like this.

The actual plumbers did a fine job. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. However, I had significant difficulty with the person who coordinates and schedules the plumbers on numerous occasions. He did not return phone calls. When I did reach him, he completely forgot to schedule an inspection per our discussion. This mistake delayed my project by over 2 weeks. After the initial inspection, they were supposed to come back to complete a few minor tasks. After at least 5 phone calls went un-returned, I gave up on them. While the work that was done was satisfactory, I will not hire again.

Tried to repair from wall behind shower as requested (instead of cutting hole in the ceiling 2 days before Christmas) but repair did not work. Left notation on bill that next attempt would require going through kitchen ceiling. Was pleased with professionalism but wished plumber would have explained the repair was unlikely to work without going through ceiling. Now I need to reschedule and pay again for repair.

They came when they said they would. They fixed the plumbing and recommended someone to fix the hole in the ceiling.

I called and was able to make an appointment for the next day. The person who came was prompt and worked quickly. He also provided advice for a future new toilet purchase.

Bodenheimer's personnel were professional throughout the process. My wife especially appreciated their care in not making a mess, etc. (We've had some bad experiences in the past in that regard, with other service providers.) I felt their quality and professionalism was exceptional, and I would NOT HESITATE to use them again, if we have plumbing problems. (We got several bids, and while Bodenheimer's quotes were not the lowest, they quoted a price and delivered for that price, despite some complications. Others quoted a range for parts of the work. I believed the Bodenheimer quote; I did not trust some of the others.

The plumber arrived on time, did the indicated work and charged as promised.

Pretty simple and straightforward. They came in, gave me an estimate, I contracted, and they put it in without any problems. Been using the shower since with no problems.

Plumber arrived on time (8:30 am) to my house and knocked on the door for an introduction. He looked at the sink and immediately got to work fixing the sink. He was finished within a few minutes, tested the work with plenty of hot and cold water and inquired about other services he could provide if I were interested (dishwasher, laundry water line hookups/leaks). He explained the itemized bill and took my payment information. He left me a copy of the reciept and took off very professionally.

I talked to many companies about this job and was very pleased with them. It was a major job and I wanted to be very sure I hired the right person. I definitely did. I would recommend Bodenheimer again.

In just over an hour, the servicer replaced the lavatory, leveled it so that I realized the previous lavatory had not been level, cleaned the bathroom, and cleared out the broken former lavatory. He had also cleaned out the plumbing so water flows easily and raised the stopper mechanism so it is easier to stop up. Everything works well, very well.

Bodenheimer plumber was called to give me a second opinion for a repair in my 50 year old house. The first estimate was given by a plumber who was on site to do another job. I signed a yearly maintenance contract for $125.with that company and after investigation of the pipes beneath the house, he suggested a repair and gave me an estimate for $775. I called Bodenheimer for a second opinion. He showed me the location of where the leak would be if there were one, and said that even if there were a leak, he could fix it for $200. His opinion was that a maintenance agreement for my house was not necessary. I plan to call Bodenheimer first if I have a plumbing issue in the future.

They did a great job. The guy who came out to get the work done was very nice and professional. They told me the price upfront which was good. The forms of payment which were listed online were correct which was nice. It took 4 days from the time I called them till the time we set up the appointment which was a little disappointing, but it wasn’t an emergency and that’s why it was okay. I called them and left a message on Sunday. They did call me back on Monday morning which was nice and then we set up the appointment for Thursday morning. I was also disappointed since the plumber didn’t have all the parts and the equipment that he needed. So, he had to leave to get more parts. I was surprised since he didn’t charge me for the time spent in getting the parts and he only charged me for the 30 minutes that he was there in my house doing the work. I really thought that it was very nice of him. The parts that he got were quite expensive, but everything else was good. I was happy with him overall and if need be, then I would use his services in the future too.

The repair person was on time in answering what was an emergency. I was under pressure to leave the country in two days and had to know (1) what the cause of the problem was, (2) how it could be repaired, (2) repair, (3) cleanup so I could leave for two weeks without mold and other problems due to wetness. He did all of this in a single day, while remaining pleasant on a very rainy day.

They were fine. I have used them only once. They had an appointment with our tenants. They went to our rental house and did the job. I did not get any complains from the tenants so I assume they did what they were supposed to do. They did it in an expedient manner. I would recommend them. The price was reasonable. I was not there when they did the job.

Age of house prohibits resolution of problem without major plumbing overhaul. Representative was able to use a 'shortcut' technique to 'backwash' the line and subsequently increase the flow and pressure of the hot water tap in spite of the age and condition of the water line.

They didn't have all the parts they needed so they scheduled to come back the next day and they were on time.
