Noticed very poor water pressure when showering on the Thursday before labor day. We were going out of town the next day, so didn't pay too much attention. My husband said that he thought there was a leak in the crawl space. He said it wasn't bad and he would fix it when we got back. We came back and our water pressure was much worse and the leak had gone from a slight dribble to an all out spray. My husband thought this was the cause of the low pressure. We called Bodenheimers first thing Tuesday am. The earliest they could come was Wednesday am. They came early that am. Had the leak at a"T"junction fixed in no time and told me that the low water pressure was probably due to a lot of sediment in our well filter. My husband changed the filter in about 5 minutes and water pressure returned to normal.

Scheduled a quick appointment, arrived on time, finished in under an hour. Cleaned up work area well.

Fine, except the job turned out to be more complicated than expected.

He was prompt and well-mannered. He finished the job quickly. There were no complications, so the process was smooth. I would use them again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Ordered a new fangled super high efficiency unit, there was a little bit of a learning curve with the installation procedures. Did have them go back over a few little things, but in the end, everything was correct and complete. About mid way through their work here, the temperature dropped to about 12 F. Some of my pipes actually froze. They showed me how to get them warmed up and insulated, averting and preventing floods. We knew going in that it was a very expensive system and a rather complicated installation, but they actually finished a few dollars below budget. Unit works well with the rest of our system, responds instantly and is completely noiseless.

They are well trained and very fair.

We have used Bodenheimer Plumbing Service for a few years now. They were recommended by a neighbor. Their prices are higher but they are worth it. We never had a problem with them showing up late and they do a great job.

I used this company based on the positive word of mouth from a friend. They are a very concerned, professional, honest, and conscientious company. They thrive on customer satisfaction. The plumbers are very well trained and completed the job in a timely manner. I have pets and the plumbers were very cautious to assure the pets were not let outdoors.

I have to say that the guy was very neat, courteous, respectful, and showed up on time. The ideas he came up with were very cost effective. Now, all the piping is in code and there are no more leaks. What an awesome job. I would definitely recommend this guy to anyone.

I am really happy with the service we got from them. The water heater works great, and I haven't found any problems with it at all. The guy who put the water heater in for us was a really nice guy and got the water heater in and working in an hour.

HE IS A PLUMBER, BUT HE DID BETTER WORK THAN ANYONE ELSE I HAVE USED BEFORE. THE QUALITY OF HIS WORK IS EXCELLENT. NOW MY HOME STAYS WARM. IT IS WONDERFUL.

My son-in-law picked Bodenheimer out. He said they were very good. Unfortunately, we couldn't get other companies to give us estimates, so I'm not sure the normal rate for this job. I did get one other estimate which was higher, though.
