AQUA DOC WATERSCAPES

Description of Work: Called due to a problem I was having with my hot tub. Aqua Doc came the same day (very responsive) and determined that a new heater board was needed which I then ordered from him. Through no fault of Aqua Doc I ended up not needing the repair. I called to explain the situation and was told that he would reimburse me the cost of the board less the restocking fee and the mailing cost to return the board. He estimated these costs to be less than $50. I agreed to this. I was told to expect my reimbursement in approximately two weeks. Two months went by with no sign of the reimbursement. I called and left messages and did not get a return call. Another two months went by until I was able to get a hold of Aqua Doc. He explained that he was having 'cash flow problems' and could not get the reimbursement to me at this time. He offered to pay 1/2 in one month and the other half the following month. The first installment arrived as promised but I had to call to request the final payment. After the fact I found out the the amount he charged me for the heater board was $100 above the cost of the board. He blamed this on his supplier.
